Sir NBCC’s Aspire projects in noida ext, being completed on orders of supreme court after Amrapali deserted work, i want to buy but broker saying not under RERA as RERA was formed in 2016 and flats were started in 2012, so they have cin number RERA not required..is it a red flag and why ? If the project belongs to PMAY then search for their local office adress you can go their and compain..2nd option is If the project Comes under RERA register complain in RERA official website..3rd you can take help of Grahak panchayat Manch or Consumer court as well..

if the llp wants to do the business of investment in real estate activity so do they have to take the approval from rera authority first
For investment you don't have to take RERA no but you have to check RERA no of the agent or firm from where you are buying..
