I have developed a layout in my own land of area 3 .25 acres having 46 plots ,all amenities were developed as per norms of development authority, these amenities were done from our own money and we are selling only plots, not any built house, under such situations wether we need to get registered Under RERA or no need to get registered ? Pl give your valuable opinion sir
you sir have no idea about the law which other dept impose on buyers and sellers.....like who pay tax on common areas as its all taxable...what you called the buyer , a member or consumer of any housing cooperative society's plot...and list goes on & on....who will pay for 5 years maintenance cost....which every builder charge in advance....from each buyer.....GST already increases the project costs by 20%....now rera make sure the cost at least increases by 50%.....
RERA law is very good for the real estate sector. Very good explanation by the lawyer.

Rera is builder lobby. My booking 2016.rera approved possesion date 2025.logic 2015 project start and approve 2025😂
