some stiffer lip liners will just glide around with no pigment sometimes… it’s best to use one that’s super pigmented and softer for this sort of thing ! hope this helps :)
I tried this recently, well I was reapplying my lip liner but I already had lip gloss on and I didn’t have anything to take it off and it glided on so easily but I do feel like it last a lot longer with the lip liner first and it still looks the same it’s just easier with gloss but more wear time before the gloss
I’ve done this. The lip liner will fade as fast as the lip gloss does, so like 1 hr at the most, instead of it being on for several hours if you put it underneath.
