This story reminds me of the movie sinister. Not the plot but the way how the first half was cool and scary and after revealing the mystery, the whole thing goes to shit.

Damn this story had potential, ended up being bland. Old owner was getting crazy trough months? Let’s make our protagonist story take couple of days!!
