It looks like a Mix of Q8 and Q4 :)
Q4 do not do air Suspension :)

Audi Q4 e-tron is made in the VolksWagen plant in Zwickau, Germany alongside the ID.4. The Q8 e-tron is made in the plant in Brussels, Belgium. Audi halted its plan to assemble Q4 e-tron in Brussels.
