All of the business owners introduced to us in this episode seem to be really good people. I'm starting to develop an understanding from channels like this and from various interviews of other famous Texans (actors, etc.) that people there are just born with good manners and good hearts. Gotta love it.

Dennis seems to have always been in good shape, which makes me ask: I've always wondered how close in age he his to Richard. I'm going to assume he's gotta be at least 5-8 years older just based on the fact that he's been in business since 1983. Richard is 53 and looks like hell, so if Dennis is say 58, he looks pretty good.

Funny story! I watched this video yesterday (2023.07.13) and thought Niki's looked good. My wife and I eat every meal out and are always looking for something new. I love all the finds on Coffee Walk, but this one is about 40 minutes from our house in Valley Ranch. So we went to Niki's last night and Dennis is so right about the food, Really good! Of course, I thought it would be fun to run into Dennis or the group there. About half way through our dinner, a couple is getting up to leave and I hear the manager? holler "Bye, Alex" from the kitchen. I look up and there is Alex! Thought that was pretty cool. I didn't stop him, I'm not a fan of bugging people on their personal time. Tanks for Coffee Walk! I hate coffee, but love the channel. Keep 'em coming.

You can tell a lot by the way someone treats others. Simple things like being aware of how busy shop owners are, to holding the door for others and always including your crew in introductions. You are a class act Mr Collins.

And many of these things are things that can not be taught and is just something a man either has in his blood or he doesn’t. There are some parts of it that can be taught to others but you can not teach everything that Dennis naturally retains!! That only comes from having a true and honest heart!

This episode is kinda special for me because I have watched the Fast 'n' loud series with Richard and You and remember all the guys involved with the Ferrari brand and F40 project of yours and the outstanding detailing job made on Aston Martin, which fueled Richard's business growth later on.
I went to CBJ way back in 2001.
My friend Russell Sperry purchased a rare CJ7, V8, HAD A GOLD plaque denoting the last of the CJ series.
Very nice jeep, scary way too fast, nice people to do biz with. Good to see them and Dennis still represents Texas style and attitude and CLASS.
There are several states that could learn from this exemplary enterprise.
I remember on fast and loud richard had the same detailer clean up his cars. This man really enjoys making cars clean.
Whenever Dennis goes to a restaurant: "I'll have everything but Thank You and Please Come Again"

You can tell when people love what they are doing for a living. Let it be Ferrari’s or where I worked on jets in the AF. I loved what I did in putting jet engines together. Every nut was wired! I prided myself in those details. Yep we come home and become car guys!!!😎😄

He has grown up in the shop, took his first crawl, and first walk and is all about shop life. No worries of hitting any cars! LOL

I've wanted a 355 Spyder since seeing my first one at 14 years old. I personally think it's one of Ferrari's most beautifully designed cars.

BTW, if you're ever in the Portland, Oregon area you need to try Giuseppe's Italian restaurant. A customer placed their order of a small house special pizza and Joe, the owner, brought it out, the customer said "I ordered a small" to which Joe responded, "This is a small". Great food and great people. Joe is no longer with us, rest his soul, but his wife and children are carrying on the tradition.
