Another great video. I'm having no luck in locating my 5mg and have had to resort to compounds. I'm in the process of screening these tele-health companies now.

The last two days are tougher for me also. My hunger comes back. I try to fill up more on chicken or fish. Still lots of water seems to help. You’re doing great! Love watching for you videos to pop up!

Saturday shot day. I decided to finish my 2.5 pens (2 left) before going to 5mg. I usually do leg site. Decided to do belly today. I know some went in because there was a little blood but there was also a little blob of medicine still on my skin also. So I have no idea how much went in. 😯. Hhmmm?
I have been there! My suggestion, on Monday contact the company and explained that not all the medication went it. That happened to me before. Eli Lilly replaced my box free of charge and it did not go against my 28 days. My first pen exploded and the second pen made what I call a “medicine ball”. Keep doing what you’re doing, in my humble opinion. We got this!!!

New subscriber, here! Love your authenticity and sense of humor! I just started my 2nd week on Ozempic. Yesterday the food noise and cravings were back which caught me off guard. But after researching, I see that phenomenon is very common. Whew! Knowledge is power! Now that I know this is a thing I’ll be ready for it next week!😂. I am back on the fitness wagon too…one day at a time! Keep up the good work!

@@Allanda180 My zepbound journey is going okay. I'm in my 2nd month of 2.5 and tried thigh injection this last week (vs stomach) and I'm not feeling the effect as much as stomach (though I had less side effects too). I really want to have some good a1c/cholesterol numbers in July when I have a follow-up with my doctor though so I'm staying on high protein as much as possible (plus strength training). My non-scale victory is that I can breathe better!!

I am excited for you to get the next level.. I am on week 12 , I am still on the 2.5 the food noise is not in my head.. and I don't feel hungry.. however I tell myself that I am not hungry.. and really trying to Implement a life style change..
I have tried everything in the pass to lose weight, I really don't want to gain any of this weight back.. it's slow and steady and trying to control myself and my food choices.. 💯 I enjoy hearing about your journey .. and I am learning a lot.. for you keep shining!!❤

Allanda, I took my first 7.5 injection Friday at lunchtime and by 7:30 I was completely zonked out and went to bed and slept 12 hours! Fortunately the fatigue has been the only bad side effect I’ve had, but the food noise is gone ❤❤🎉🎉😂

Hi again Allanda! So happy you found the 7.5 mg. I haven’t been able to find that dosage here in New England, maybe I’ll look into joining Sam’s Club, as I hear good things about their pharmacy from many people!! Oh my gosh, almost 8 dollars for a bottle of water! Good for you with drinking 3 bottles, and not caving on the cotton candy! Hope your daughter has a wonderful trip to Spain. Chat again soon! 💕

Allanda, similar to you, I have learned so much from the community. So happy that you got your 7.5. The key for me has been to take two small doses during the week so that food noise is at a minimum.

Recently titrated up to 7.5 mg also. It is the first dose in recent months that was filled within a couple of hours instead of days. Did my second injection yesterday. So far, the food noise seems to be less . No major difference in side effects.

As far as your apprehension to giving yourself shots, are you worried about it misfiring or does it genuinely scare you that it’s going to hurt? I’ve only done my abdominal area this entire time because I’m comfortable with it and don’t feel it at all. Did you feel anything when you got yesterday’s injection?
