A hell of a build, Gaffer! You make it look easy, though. Considering that it looks like you would have to build a new gimmick for every performance, it probably would get easier to make over time, just like you said!

I don't usually peal cards, I put them into water and wait for it to dissolve awhile later. Then it will become two 2-layer of cards.

Gaffer, splitting cards is a royal pain! I would prefer to split them once and put in shims for Anverdi magic or something like that. Cheers!
