Believe it or not I am still watching Hannah Montana sometimes. I used to watch it with kids who are in college now.
Emily goes from Hannah Montana to Montana Jordan. Hopefully, Young Sheldon pulls some Better Call Saul brilliance at the end and turns from prequel to sequel, and it ends with all TBBT cast getting together in the present at Sheldon and Amy's house with TBBT's cast of the family- including Sheldon's kids. Also, they still need an update on whatever happened to Paige Swanson. At the very end, Mandy McAllister is woken up by Hannah Montana as Lily Truscott, and she says, "You won't believe the dream I had!"
Who knows, maybe Miley will be dragged into GMFM as some role (we need to notice that Georgie has another woman to get married to)

People forget that she auditioned to be Hannah Montana and got “the best friend” role, and Miley was partying like she was 5 years older than she was during filming.
You just made that up. Miley auditioned for the best friend role and landed the lead. Emily only auditioned for the best friend role and got it.
Also with the amount of work Miley did. She was too busy as a teenager to ever party. It wasn’t until Hannah Montana was over. That she took a 3 year break from her career to live her life and party. When she came back to the spotlight it was when she did “Wrecking Ball” the very contrived controversial era. She never lost her way. Everything she did was on purpose. She needed to act wild to shake off the Disney child star image and her plan worked.

I am surprised they never even made one reference to Emily past on Hanna Montana. Like it could have been so easy. What if missy and Emily where watching tv and it’s basically a parody of Hanna Montana. Missy would say “ so if I wear a wig then people would not recognize me and I could become famous that seems believable” then Emily would say “ I don’t know you would have the best of both worlds”.

To be honest, from how long it took Miley to be herself, I don’t feel she’d have further associations in doing a reboot especially if it was connected with her dad. I think it’s just a fluke kind of rumor. Who knows. It ended good in my opinion. If anything, it’s better on another platform.

I like Emily Osment in Young Sheldon. But as for MIley, it is hard for me to watch her do that song she always seems to be sexual and not in a good way. Same with in her official Flowers video, the beginning of it was great then it devolved into something else.
