Not a huge fan of these products but I did enjoy seeing the VERY first Mystery Power Box from years ago + the first ever cubes being opened back in the day. The prices were more reasonable, you got way better packs, and people even pulled ghosts and ultis from the random loose cards in the cubes.
My favorite mystery box was the mystery cube that Target sometimes has. The one I opened had a structure deck, a few holos, and like 3-4 packs. Mine had two LOB packs which I pulled a Dark Hole and a Exodia piece from.
Target had a cube with a deck, 2 legacy packs and 2 random packs (some of the packs were legendary decks and even saw Cyberknight pull a Duel Devastator deck) Monster Box is the best of the opening, the great thing about the Monster box is the potential. If you can pull the chase cards from all those packs it would be soo insane.
I have never found any of the power cubes or mystery boxes here in Cali. Ive been to 10+ targets and almost every Walmart in the valley and they are always out of packs! Theft and scalping is a real problem here!
My favorite mystery box type item was the Value Cubes you used to be able to find at Target. They had a starter/structure deck, 3 holos (some of which actually had some value), and a few booster packs. Plus, the cube they came in is just the right size to fit a full double-sleeved deck (including side deck). Really miss those things.
These are fun to open if you are not aiming for a specific set/card or just want to open random non-recent packs. Love the ones with the plastic cubes as it doubles as storage of cards. Other than that, singles are usually the way to go 😅

My favourite of course is the Monster Box Holiday Edition (was it the Monster Box, that once had the Holiday Edition? 🤔), which can appear as a Legendary Box with legacy packs only. But anyways it regularly contains 9 pretty good packs.
I’m choosing the chaos box for the win, the monster box is also great, but is more expensive than the chaos and mystery boxes, I’ve never seen a monster box at Walmart before, but I’m still looking for the legacy packs, but my last purchase I made was 17 random cards, and pulled a left arm of the forbidden one from LOB! Quite an awesome pull there!
My favorite box is the first one you opened. Bought a few and wasn’t lucky with the pulls but I liked the experience of opening the box, something different from regular boxes or blisters.

My favorite were the mystery cubes from target back in the day, they were like 15-20 bucks with a couple decent packs and a good selection of commons and holos, definitely had some good luck back in the day from those and were worth the price.

My favorite mystery box is the monster box! I enjoyed the chaos box over the summer. If you are looking for legacy packs then I'd get the mystery power box! They are 50 bucks but I pulled 9 lob packs from 2 boxes of those. Great content as always ruxin.
I really like the old old cubes from way back when cause the packs were actually decent and worth the $20. But I did really like the Monster boxes as well.

Anyone else noticing Walmarts not carrying YGO anymore? 6 out of the 8 I went to this past week chose not to carry it anymore and only have a few Pokémon cards, no magic or YGO.
Older packs maybe with air neos and the holiday mystery boxes are great to also the new ones with the sleeves aren’t to bad if you get the good ones!!!!
The one with the sleeves is probably the best Walmart Mistery box imo (if we consider the price/quality ratio). Worst case scenario you still get something useful
The mystery box that I do like out of these is the "Monster box", because it does contain some of the classic, and iconic Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. Also, I do favor the Yu-Gi-Oh! products from Target, because I have watched some videos about the Yu-Gi-Oh! box openings from Target and it resulted to decent pulls, compared from the other third-party sellers of Yu-Gi-Oh! products. I’ve bought a few Breakers of Shadow packs, all of which have been unlimited. Ever since, I’ve had a preference for the unlimited edition of the cards from that set.
Monster box for the win baby. Always love opening some of those. With these kinds of boxes I feel like you always just wanna see some secrets but some cool pulls from a legacy pack would be dope

My favorite mystery box is from Walmart. The small mystery boxes I like cuz I got good cards from them. I really like the sleeves that come with them as well. I got several of them and every time I got a judgment of the light packs
I stopped playing Yugioh for like 15 years but while on a work trip a couple coworkers and I were drinking and ended up on a Walmart trip to reconnect with our childhood hobbies. I ended up getting a couple of those mystery cubes and... well, now I'm hooked on Yugioh again lol Though I'd rather buy anything BUT mystery boxes

Monster box has always been my favorite. The randomness of the packs always made the opening interesting.
I like the monster box. while not usually pulling well the packs you get are generally good sets and several of which you dont see that often now.

I think the mystery box I like the most is the monster box. You get to open some old-ish packs and you typically get a nice variety of them too.
