About a week ago, I flew in to Houston from the Midwest to check out the homes. He is right they are just in the beginning stage of building. The neighborhood was very quiet and there was limited landscaping. Most of the area had not been developed yet. There wasn’t very many people out there. The areas that were developed look nice. I did see several signs about a drought in Katy so it makes sense that the lagoon is highly desired. I notice that the landscaping around the city wasn’t that great. I’m assuming it’s because they get extremely hot weather in the summer. You will want to be in doors during the summer months.
I really wish we could pack up and move now I don’t want to miss out on these deals! My favorite is the first one but I like the price range of the last one. Only thing is I would be afraid that the area is tornado prone
Hi Jackson, I am an African American Realtor in Austin, TX and I am not sure if you are an agent. Why do you keep saying master bedroom? It’s now called the primary bedroom. This was changed because of African American history. Master is slave talk. Jojo says primary and I am not sure why you keep saying master bedroom in your videos.
What is the real vibe of the community? This is what I’m really looking for. No one comments on that. Is there some NDA in place? It’s like everyone only speaks of the model homes and that lagoon (With the HOA fee I’ll be happy with just a nice pool and playground for my children). I am concerned with schools, safety and crime. I am a veteran and I am looking for peace. What is the real possibilities of a flood? There is one driving video of that community. Can you do one of the whole community?
I bought a house in Sunterra in November 2022. The vibe is mostly millennial families moving in with young children. It’s very quiet, very few greenery, and the closest store is 20 min away.
the most peaceful place, they're still cows and farm near by tucked away from everything as a matter of fact I wish it wasn't so deep in hoa offers alarm system and 24 hour security
do those amenities raise the HOA? How much are the HOA? I have a 1.5MM home in Bothell, WA and it looks nothing like how nice these are - Thanks guys for the video
I love the chesmar's homes
Massive lagoon is nice
Westin all the way!

about 1600 a year 1800 in a gated section
If they would fix that issue would be a great place to live.☺️👍
Isn’t Sunterra in a flood zone??
Would never buy a house there. No trees, just a field with tons of houses. Where you will walk your dog?
plenty of locations to walk dogs. trust me.
Lol trust me bro
Are you walking dogs or monkeys? 😂😂😂
Any 300k?
yes these were just the bigger model homes! reach out we can go over more with you!
On a 500k home at 15 years what would be the monthly payment ?
