    Amazing work Hal has done. To think we grew up listening to all those songs and it was the same guy keeping the beat on all of them. Really impressed he could play so many styles, from "Little Old Lady from Pasadena" to "Strangers in the NIght". And playing on 6 Records of the year in a row. Mind blowing career.

    They made great music without a doubt, unfortunately the music honchos chose not put their names on album covers so could know who they were.few companies like atlantic records did that's hoe I know of bernard pretty purdie in mid 60's and Roger hawkins and band mates, also started and enterprise ie willie hall and Mike toles.but I listened to 5th dimensions, friends of distinction etc
