It's hard to book doctor appointments on a particular schedule, but she could at least try to do majority of the appointments around his schedule. But she needs therapy quickly.
I hope she found a support group for people with various illnesses. Support and friendship seem to be alot of what she needs. There are no knights in shining armour, or mind readers, just human beings trying to do their best. There is no one human being who can meet all of another's needs...this is what community, and sometimes even a good therapist, is for. They both seem sincere.

Second, I don't know what work he does but if he carries his phone on him but doesn't hear it, then he can't charge it. But I agree he needs to call his wife ASAP in these situations. The laundry issue is him not thinking, possibly abot of tiredness but he should've learned quick. Small issues easily resolvable
