These 2 are the most desolate looking couple I've ever seen on divorce court. Do they ever smile? Their house must be like a funeral home with the deceased present. I wonder what their children feel when they look at the 2 of them.
Their issue is they never learned to communicate and seem to be emotionally stunted...they got together too young and they still aren't grown. Neither one of them can clearly articulate what is wrong cause they're not sure themselves what is wrong.
Listening to her speak in the beginning was painful. People come on the show with closed minds, not willing to accept advice. I never understand why people come on the show just to dance around the issues. You can't get help if you avoid talking about important topics.

I think if you're not ready for the idea of a child you shouldn't have sex. It's literally meant for reproduction personally I would say 25 and up for marriage and sex. But everyone matures differently. Some earlier than others..some wayy later
This couple is strange and detached from each other. They got married & pregnant too young. Neither had a chance to find themselves, grow into their adult lives separately or together. It will be hard trying bring back that high school infatuation then turn it into a healthy love within a marriage. It’s not impossible but they got a lot of work ahead of them.

He also stated that he married her at that particular time to show her he is committed to her and isn't going anywhere. So my theory is, she most likely expected him to go to the NFL, that didn't happen and she resents him for it. Because other than that, they did not present any concrete evidence of a dissolution of marriage

I don't think either of them mentally matured beyond that of a sixteen to seventeen-year-old. Which can happen, especially if a person goes directly from high-school to being at home day-in and day-out looking after a baby. Teenagers need regular interaction with their peers and to go through age-appropriate life experiences. By the sound of it, she was locked away at home with a non-verbal baby and he was working his backside off trying to just keep a roof over their heads. Unfortunately, that now means both of them are socially inept and situations out of their norm are overwhelming to the point of distraction. I have no doubt they cared for each other, but I do think that they both need to grow and find out what they want from their lives. If it's not each other, then that's fine, I just hope they go out and experience the world because both of them sound so deeply tired of their lives and not exactly happy with how their lives turned out.
Yes. There's is a lot more going on than was is being said. They should seek professional counseling to help them to communicate effectively. Then decide if divorcing is right for them. They could use some real help with relational issue and parenting.
