- Surprise! It's a girl! Tony has had a rough few days. Ziva's death is understandably hitting him hard. Things take an interesting turn when Director Elbaz(Marina Sirtis) arrives in Washington with a 'package' for Tony. A daughter that he didn't know existed, that everyone can't wait to meet.

yeah all the Alisters are gone. Its the B crow supporting the show, and honestly its a bore. I stopped regularly when Ziva left, and totally stopped when tony left.

I only recently started watching NCIS. I am on Season 2. Tony looks so much more mature in this video. I know I will miss Kate, but everyone seems to love Ziva, so I am looking forward to her joining the show.

Later in the episode, Tony finds a picture of him and Ziva. Tali points to the photo and says, "Abba" and "Ima", which means father and mother. Then she points to Tony and says "Abba". I don't understand why Tali didn't call Tony "Abba" as soon as she saw him.
Yeah that didn’t make sense maybe the child actor wouldn’t spit it out for the shot so they found another way to make it work
Could she was just nervous the character not the actress?
Abba actually means “daddy”
I'm sure her character was shy being around so many strangers. Seeing a picture is different than a live person. Ziva probably had shown her that one picture multiple times.

NCIS now has 21 seasons. I started watching them from the beginning. I forgot what a jerk Tony was early on.
Since season 3 started change bit / he really showed maturity and deep of his character when he had to take control of situation when teenager held class with bomb /the episode when he went after ziva on railing to help her disarm bomb/ when tonny saw his best friend cop killed and couldn't do anything to stop it / in serial killers case / when took over team and held it together when gibs resigned after his coma / when he turned down promotion to lead his own team in Spain/ becouce he cnow his team needed him at that time gibs wasn't feeling well / he felt guilt after disaster with French arms dealers daughter and ziva had to snap him out of his funk / I believe it was moment when Tony saw behind ziva mask before that he flirted with ziva wanted to take her in bed / but when ziva helped him recover he started to have deeper feelings for her /

Wanting to be "independent" is NOT a reason to hide a child from their father. The child deserves to know their father and the father has a right to know he has a kid.

I stopped watching NCIS a while back, but I did look up the characters to see where they were and found out about this. It just seemed so wildly out of character and odd, but maybe watching the journey it would have made more sense. EDIT: Ya'll, I'm not saying it's wildly out of character for Ziva and Tony to fall for each other. I mean that the last time I watched NCIS they were buddy-buddy, so the idea of her running off and never telling him she had a kid felt out of character to how I remember their chemistry.
Also feel like Tony would paternity test the kid just to be sure, not because he wouldn't trust Ziva but because he doesn't seem to trust that director.
If you’d watched the show you’d get it. Ziva left NCIS and the US and went back to Israel. Tony tracked her down there and Tali was concevied while they were alone together in Israel. Ziva stayed, while Tony came back to Washington.
@@ruadhrose How would you know? Did they show a scene of them "doing it"? Cause the OP is right that Tony doesn't seem to trust that director's word over the Kid being his. And tony jumping the gun at this info just shows how gullible he is.
If you go back to season 3, you can see how ziva looked at tony.
@@shawnbates1804yeah, they were getting very close, I read an article where Tony/ Michael Weatherly said they took their relationship on the show too far, yep, I believe that 100% he was nice looking & she is a doll, he was a single man at the beginning of the show, he has a grown son by first wife, he is 28, now he has new wife with a boy & a girl, 11 & 10 yrs old,

I'm still not convinced that's Tony's kid cause Ziva slept with 3 other guys before she slept with Tony so any one of them could have been the father. This was bad writing when Ziva left the show due to bad directions with the character. So unless a DNA test proves that Tony is the Dad, I'm still standing by my conviction cause DNA evidence is much stronger than someone's word.

I believe that Ziva would have known that hers and Tony's liaison was the moment of conception. I seriously doubt that she would have slept with anyone else. Nine months is nine months.

Ziva slept with 3 different guys over a span of eight years. You forgot the time jump on the show when Tony tracked down Ziva. Unless a woman had been with several men since her last period, she knows who the father of her child is.

@TwistedSecrets777 well, no one said finding one would be easy. Personally, I've already thrown the towel on trying to find a special someone and have stuck with having a nice cast of female friends. Everybody seems to have their own thing going on these days, and they're probably not ready for a commitment like that.
I am happier on my own. I do not need a man. Itll be a waste of time when I do not and cannot form emotional attachments.
Before this episode ever aired and I heard someone connected to "the team" was going to die I knew it was Ziva and I said to my husband it would be great if it turned out that Ziva had Tony's child and low and behold that happened. It was the perfect way to have Tony leave.
I also wasn’t surprised that Ziva was alive. There were so many clues given throughout the show. She might as well have left him breadcrumbs to find her!
I believe that tonny never believed that ziva was dead / he tracked ziva in Somalia when she held captive by terrorist / he went after ziva in Israel/ ziva told Gibbs that Tony tracked her dawn in Egypt/ tonny could always faund ziva they worked they had special bond
@@martakavaliauskaite4566 I think he believed it at first. If you look at his initial reaction to the news he believed it, but once Orly showed up with Tali he started following the breadcrumbs she'd left for him.
If you watch the scene where he takes the stuffed dog out of Tali's bag and finds Ziva's scarf you see him start to put the pieces together.
