This is excellent. Horowitz was an advocate of Clementi music in the 60’s and 70’s already. Pretty much alone. That’s how I heard the little I heard of Clementi years ago. It’s nice to hear a new appreciation for his contributions to music. Thank you for this charming release.
I'm so happy I happened onto this performance. I had never heard of Clementi... and I thought I knew all the great composers and performers! I really enjoyed the "playful" mood of his music.
