Fellow Tekken player here (7 on PC and Tag Tournament 2 on PS3, both with Harrow), wave dashing is possible on the dpad, it's not like the terrible 360 dpad at all. I use the analog stick but have tried the dpad out, and use it a lot for retro gaming.

i haven't tried logitech f710 personally so i can't answer that, for racing games i don't think this one is a good controller since the abruptness of speed from super slow to super fast doesn't have a smooth transition, at least for the joy sticks. The range i can't give exact measurement but its like from my monitor to my chair signal is fine but when i move a little back it started losing signal

1 bar means it's on. charging all bars are blinking. battery is about to deplete there is no indication but you'll definitely feel like it's losing signal

unfortunately that's one of the downside of this, there is no indication. Only blinking lights when its really almost depleted

Actually you need to install the driver that comes with it, without the driver it is not recognized as xinput or as an xbox controller.
