Well, you DO have people even in real life who are into stuff like bloodplay, branding etc. Imagine how much further they can go in a world where instantaneous, magical healing is a thing. Hell, considering that Faerun is a high magic world, I wouldn't be surprised if things like erotic asphyxiation to the point of death, followed by a resurrection afterwards, was on the menu of some extreme bordellos in the world. (In fact, it might be something high priests/priestesses of Loviatar do frequently. XD)

Maybe if they had focused on actually finishing act3 instead of coming up with thirst baits and turning every companion interaction into Meet and Fuck 3, the endings to some questlines would feel fleshed out. Shame, could have been so much more than what it is...
