Did you notice the gap at the top strut mount?? Some people added dense rubber to fill in the gap that’s somehow created after new struts. Happened to me on two Cadillac XTS

I recently changed mine and they have this gap as well. From what I have read this gap is normal and if you observe the gap when turning the wheel, the gap closes.
