The game runs in 30 fps. There is a 60 fps patch but all it does is speed everything up which I can tell yours isnt running. You should def check out the 60 fps patch it's NUTS
Idk I've played it and nvidia says it's 60 fps but I will say if what you say is true then the speed of the game is linked to the fps so it won't skip frames/lag it will slow down or speed up based on the framerate to stay smooth. Also on ps2 it was 60 fps I believe.

If you want the best that’s not pc emulators performance and be able to use I think all ps controller get a fat ps3 and hook up your ps5 controller to the ps3 with a type c and you can use ps4 and 3 controllers

Omg budokai tenkaichi my childhood people no doubt always picked gogeta for his speed and ssj4 or 3 goku for his dragon fist no matter if the opponent is normal size or as big as a great ape.

I used to own the disc on ps2 till my dad gave away our ps2 without warning more than a decade or so back to his adoptive cousin with the disc still inside whom he was interested in. Since then I was able to score the wii version for cheap in recent years to run on my wii u. I'd love to emulate it, though I gave up on piracy due to personal conviction. Though I do own a backwards compatible ps3, an original ps2 which I extracted the bios from for emulation, and I also have a dvd drive to rip the roms I own from disc with a laptop capable of emulating all of it with great performance. I don't presently own a ps2 version of tenkaichi 3, though it would be great even for the sake of mods, though if I'm not mistaken the Tenkaichi 4 total conversions are restricted to the pal or european versions? Either way I doubt I'll ever be fortunate enough to get a physical ps2 copy back, for me it's not really for the 60fps, apart from the hd upscale, rather maybe the rumble which I lack in the wii u version unless I use motion controls. Btw I must add, what is with the 30fps on wii, and 60fps on ps2 myth lol they're both 30 native of console. Though if I'm not mistaken you can get them both emulated at 60fps either by raising the internal frame limit or using an fps code at least regarding dolphin.

Yup. But there's EVEN MORE! Spanish folks, like idk 2 years ago, made a... Tenkaichi Budokai 4. There's SSG, SSB, SSB evolved, MUI, and all the keys TOP characters. I play it every day.

Actually came out with an update not that long ago, added beast gohan and the other superhero movie characters
that's very clearly 30fps, you didn't even enable a widescreen patch or a HD texture pack and you didn't set the texture offset setting to fix the outlines

@@izunauchiha1202 Not true. Tenkaichi Budokai means "Strongest Under the Heavens Martial Arts Tournament". It's called "Sparking!" in Japan because "Sparking!" is an iconic phrase from the original DBZ opening (Cha-la Head Cha-la).
They titled it Budokai Tenkaichi in America because Budokai was already a very popular series so by calling it that people might buy it thinking its a continuation of Budokai. In Japan Budokai 1-3 is simply called Dragon Ball Z 1-3.
