I like how sparking zeros beam struggles are like the specials and combo sequences in budokai 3. You just get the bar as high as possible and press triangle and who ever has the most filled at the end wins

Dbz Burst limit my favorite game, I was so mad they didn't include Buu saga. The game so good love everything about it, had some great memories for sure. 🔥🔥❤️

I'd still prefer button mashing instead of the bar, because that way you can actually focus on the beam struggle instead of focusing on getting the timing right and missing the action (talking bout Sparking Zero btw)

Beam struggles look STUNNING in kakarot, exactly how they should look. Massive, imposing. Too bad they're so rare to trigger.
The new tenkaichi game took alot of presentation from ultimate tenkaichi. It looks good too. It’s tenkaichi 4 but you can also say it’s ultimate tenkaichi done right
Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3 are by far the best DBZ games. I hope Sparking Zero keeps all the old features.

I hope they give us an option whether to pick timing or smashing for Sparking Zero for those who are more interested in especially for Local Multiplayer or Online during the character selection process. And only put timing for online battle, and for switching or smashing and maybe spinning, because those are all classic for the Tenkaichi series. But for local multiplayer not online my bad
Well, there's no local multiplayer so...
controllers are way to expensive now to do that mashing and spinning causes stick drift so it's better for them to leave it out
Who else gonna make the beam struggle the last part of the fight with a friend of theirs and just make it last way too long on purpose?
Sparking Zero needs to keep the camera still during beam clashes. The camera rotates way too much, makes me feel like I'm gonna have a seizure if I stare at it for too long
I've always loved Raging Blast. There was something so special and unique the way they fought to me. I loved seeing how they changed the way they fought as they transformed (one of the best examples is Teen Gohan. In base and ssj1 he is fairly slow but in ssj2 his punches are lightning quick) something I had always wished Xenoverse would've done. I played BT3 but can't remember much about it, but I do remember loving it. Hope they bring back all the amazing features they got rid of in Xenoverse

I would say there's also in Legends, but it's just beam clashes, so it wouldn't count (its the same as a strike clash)
My only issue with Sparking Zero is that I wish you could see the progress of the struggle in the animation like other games. I wanna be able to see the clash getting closer to the loser. Also, it would make the ending animation of the loser being overwhelmed more impactful if we saw the beam clash actually reach him before that animation plays.
Other than that, it's visually gorgeous ❤

God the game looks amazing, but.. I really.. just.. can't get used to that spinning effect during the clash, I'd rather camera stay stationary so you can see whos currently winning the struggle, the spin just disorients me, people like the beam struggle because it looks cool, I want to watch THAT, not watch the world tilt 360 degrees every half second.
Well sparking is an automated cutscene (the back and forth struggle is removed) so be happy with the ugly galaxy effect……and you don’t stay in the same position from when u fire the blast. Sparking beams really suck
I hate how they got the dimension breaking effect bcs it looks so lame, it looks like a cutscene from those dragon ball arcade games

@@sayanorasonic I actually liked it in the Broly movie, but it was mainly after Vegito started using techniques in blue, so I wrote it off as weird fusion nonsense at the time, I think they're just trying to hard-push the galaxy burst effect on everything now, I prefer good old DBZ spikey energy overflow than this weird galaxy bubble aura thing.

Im going to be honest: the beam clashes in Sparking Zero aint all that judging from that one example they gave in the trailer. Making this a little minigame where you have to time buttons takes away the joy of what it means to have 2 great powers clash with one another. In other words: just bring back the button smashing. I hope they give the players the options to choose.
Also, not a big fan of that 360 camera spin thingy. The beam struggle looks also shorter than in other games.

I'm dissapointed that you didn't show how in budokai 3 and tenkaichi 3 you can beam battle a orb ki attack with any beam attack. Budokai 3 looked awesome doing it and tenkaichi 3 was pretty epic still by far the best dbz gameplay ever in any dbz game, a system so great it could be used for other anime games.
*I await the day this super dumb trend of saying "goes hard" and "goes crazy" ends. It's so dumb. Seems like some just try to use words completely irrelevant to base subjects on purpose as a form of trickery and then lie about it. I understand context is everything but literacy is exceptionally important to show intent clearly while exuding intelligence which impresses all but the dumbest.
