I'm a tenor player from a high School jazz band playing with Matt Harris later this month and this recording has given me a sudden urge to read the solo changes for about another three hours before I go to bed tonight. lol
EDIT: Sorry lol, this is another group. No, i got into the CMEA bay section thing. I didn't end up auditioning for the allstate jazz band, though it's what I thought I was auditioning for! But I did send in a CD for allstate symphonic. Wish me luck on that! And goodluck to you on playing Bari, those things are beast!
Northern cali here, Santa Rosa (about an hour north of sanfran). Had the first CMEA jazz band practice yesterday! It wasn't too hard thank goodness lol.
