WATCH: Traffic to be halted as Dali travels under the Chesapeake Bay Bridge

Traffic is expected to be suspended on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge as the Dali travels under it almost 2 months after it took down the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.

The ship is under its own power; the same "power" that failed before (several times) & caused this whole mess in the 1st place. Guess the MD State Police are taking no chances!

If anything, and I mean anything, happened on this voyage, there would be absolutely no explanations or apologies. Considering the high publicity of the first accident, I would imagine even a terrorist act wasn’t out of mind either. Ultimately, I imagine the shipping containers will be sold back to the original owners for a price, and the ship itself will be confiscated and scrapped. Nobody is going to put their name on any certification that this ship is absolutely safe to sail the seas. It’s going to end up in the frame of someone’s car.

Traffic was stopped to prevent drivers from slowing down to take pictures of the ship. That likely would have caused accidents!
