Thank you for your story Tom - Norway here too ;) Now I see that I am in an AP, I got energy and motivation by this video 👍 I will defenitly run and ski races again too 💪

Yes Tom!! Hard work everyday but the results keep coming so it’s worth it. I fight for myself and my husband and my children.
You’ve inspired me to work on my physical capacity. Ive been an active person my whole life but as Miguel says the things we value the most are sometimes the hardest. Walking and out and about socialising are my two!

Thank you Catherine! For me it was about focusing on the things I wanted back in my life. Good luck to you - this is 100% possible!

Good for him, very inspiring. Mind over matter can work for me, at times, but other times I think I’m fine, do too much and am back in PEM. And rest does help and pushing and crashing can make things worse. So what’s the key to expanding activity without too much PEM? Not overreacting to symptoms but there’s something more that I can’t figure out yet.

I was like this it’s so confusing. I joined the programme and they just make sense of it all for you. You get a roadmap call with a coach and you tell them everything and they make sense of everything you’re going through and tell you how to navigate it. It’s really helpful like. I was so sick of navigating this myself since 2015.

And believe me. I tried every other coaching programme and supplement out there. Honestly. Your comment just reminds me of me a few months ago ❤ sending healing x

Hi Elisabeth and thank you!! My sleep improved naturally as I progressed. I also had this idea for a long time that I couldn't recover with so little sleep, which isn't the case. Getting rid of that pressure helped a lot!!
