My favorite song from the new record thus far. I am growing on Cry of Achilles and All Ends Well, as well as Bleed It Dry . . . but like usual, everything these guys produce is freaking awesome!
@@lordmorgoth7 indeed they are, but there are parts like the intro of this song where silence is preferred to give a visceral impression. Just be quiet during those parts. After Myles finishes the intro and escalates the atmosphere through his guitar, then you can clap
How to ruin the best long note on the record. How? Don't do it. Just play your guitar and act like it doesn't exist. Don't act like the crowd are the only ones that ruined the song.
he doesn't do the ending wail that extends back up....I think his voice must have been too tired to attempt it after the first roll through it. the album version gives me chills...has to be one of the most haunting vocal melodies I've ever heard in 30 years of playing, writing/composing, recording and just being a hard core rock fan. It's of course an amazing performance, but I would be interested to know if he actually pulls this off live anywhere, as that is one mighty breath control exercise. Talk about sprinting to the finish line on the record!
*General complaint about clapping during Myles' intro...* I actually like the new layout with Mark and Myles on different side and Bmarsh and Flip in the middle. The Blackbird solo must really feel like talking or a duel now! haha :D

they did it for the intro to slip to the void last tour but yeah this is the first for that much of the song.
