why the same court does not ask Kejriwal for his refusal to attend ED's earlier summons when there were no Elections. Court had once told there will be no special treatment for politicians.They should follow it in letter and spirit. Does any common man's case gets addressed by the Supreme Court at the same speed. NOWADAYS supreme court has time only for politicians and lawyers like Kapil Sibal and Abhishek Singhvi.

SC has not committed any thing on giving bail to Kejariwal. SC has said they may consider bail only for elections, they may give or may not give interim bail for elections.
However, their decision will all depend on the Solicitor General for ED who has to give reply to SC on this issue.
So there is no need to celebrate!

Kejruddin would not come out as approvers didn't make any mere statements, but statements are made under CrPC 164 before magistrate. For overruling court itself has to be satisfied that approver made a false or deliberate statement.
