Omg! I’m having hip replacement surgery next week and my husband made this for me! I’ve been using it for the past three days and it is amazing! Even before surgery (I can’t walk or drive) it is SO handy! Thank you for posting this! You have helped me already!❤❤❤
Great idea! I love all your videos. So, so helpful. I'm getting my hip replaced next month and will start practicing all the things to help myself (getting in & out of bed, getting dressed, chairs and the car). This way I don't have to bother my wife. Thanks again!!!!
5:22 I have muscular dystrophy and the biggest problem is pulling up pants OVER MY REAR END. It's a huge effort to get them up, I don't have the strength to give a good pull. That would be a great invention.
I tried making this with these.. but i found it hard to get rope through the hole. I found the oxo good grip magnetic kitchen clops better they have a larger hole and i used webbing and sewed it together which makes it nice and sturdy and also helps if i have to put it arohnd my neck to be handsfree while cleaning myself in the bathroom or dressing. Allows me to use my hands to hold a support while cleaning. Thank you for the idea
Love this idea! It will be perfect for my 97 year old father with hip issues. Where did you purchase the ratchet clamps? He has arthritis in his hands so the clamps will need to easy to put on the pants. Thank you!
