oooh yes in the soop is my absolute favourite of all their travel shows. it's so feel good, the members have such lovely interactions and its a great stress buster that i rewatch from time to time. you leave it feeling so content. definitely recommend. haha the green around them, their time spent relaxing and having fun with reach other, cooking and playing. love it
Yes, they tried to promote but looked awkward doing it. Previously when Suga tried to promote the hangover "medicine", he sounded so funny and quickly get over the task. When Jimin came on his show, he gave him the L'Occitane fragrance set. The way he described how good the products were made Jimin laughed.
Another amazing episode! And yes, so wise & well-spoken. And funny! These interactions between the members are what keep me riveted to everything they do. Their relationships are so genuine & their hard work is so evident that I root for their success in everything. Not just entertainment-related successes, but in their actual lives as well. I can't imagine any group giving more of themselves to their fans. Never have I had the opportunity to know the thoughts & feelings of any artist I admired, as much as BTS. And although I am thankful for it, I realize what a double-edged sword it is for them. Because unfortunately, revealing themselves continuously in such a public way comes at a great cost to their privacy & opens them up to an overabundance of criticism. However they continue to strive & give the best of themselves to us. I would love to watch In The Soop with you. All of their content is great, but In The Soop has fewer distractions than some of the other content & you really get to see them interact without as much outside influence of traveling schedules, etc. 💜
I agree it's extremely rare and the extent that BTS members does it is the most I've ever seen. I can think of 3 British artist and their bands that have done it but they did it no were near as frequently but it was always showing something about themselves their interact and their love for each other and how they made their music. So when I came across BTS it was like oh oh oh this is like so and so Band but oh my goodness there's so much more content though.
I totally Agree and have so much respect for both, especially Suga, who seems to have Lived 9 lives. I was in the Beatles era and never followed them in this way. Of course technology was different. At least the Beatles got Radio Play in my country, I only bought 4 Beatles vinyl record's. The number of song's BTS have written with stupendous amazing truthful honest lyrics. BTS to my knowledge never took many of the drugs my era of artists took. Alcohol from 18 years seems to be THE predominant factor. I hope it has no effect on them as they get older. Many Artistic people suffer depression who have marriages and children have tough times. My daughter and her husband in the Arts for man years and it's a tough gig . They both have to have second jobs to survive . I'm very happy for BTS to have survived the Industry. I was in my Corporate job for 22 years through neccessity, although I loved the Arts. So I'm living my dream through BTS. They really saved me through almost 18 month Lockdown in my Western Country. I can understand why they have a huge fan base. 7 humble hard-working human beings. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
That member from Astro (Moobin), did not kill himself like most of us thought, his parents confirmed that he had a stroke. It is still really sad, but I am glad that he wasn't depressed or feeling lonely enough to take his own life.
Sometimes I wish I could wave a wand and instantly know Korean. As fun as the learning process is, sometimes I just want to know right in the moment what the vibe and feel of the language is like. I know that RM is well read only because we see him reading often, he recommends books to us, authors talk about it when he references their work, and he'll often say such fascinating things and let us know where he read the inspiration for it. However I can't listen to his Korean directly and get a feel for how a well-read person sounds. I suppose I will one day once I keep up my studying. I just need to be patient. I love seeing these two interact. Each combination of members are special and fun in their own little way, but Yoongi and RM have a cozy, lived-in quality to their friendship. You know they've been in each other's lives the longest. There's an elder vibe to it. Not only do they take care of BTS but they tend to care for ARMY too. Always an encouraging word, always supportive, always ready to teach us something with their wisedom, always worrying about whether we're doing okay, etc.
I think that Suga thinks there isn't much more for him to do (creatively). He said he doesn't have anything more to say as Agust-D and that he'd like to go back to the start of it all. I think it's because in the beginning, they had clear goals with a 'start' and end line. For Suga, those goals made sense to him. However, BTS went wayyyy past that 'end' line and maybe Suga doesn't think there's much further they could go. Of course, he's wrong. I'm in my 50's and seeing the world change as much as I did (good and bad) from the time I was 29-30 to now....man, I have A LOT I would say if I was creative enough and more I should've done. So, I hope Suga has reasons to bring Agust-D back a few more times and that he can feel the burn of starting the race again...in a good way...which is what he seems to enjoy the most.
in the soop is from 2019-21 i think so the members are older. the earliest is run BTS episode and bon voyage season 1 but i enjoy in the soop more because they just do what they like to so they are not dragged along on sightseen and activitets. they just relax and even write a theme song together
Thank you for increasing the font size of the subtitles!! It helps me a lot! Suga did a dance challenge with JHope for Haegeum-I think it just came out late last night. They were wearing the same outfits they had on when they did the challenge for JHope’s On the Street, so they must’ve filmed it at the same time (a while ago). Also, I just saw another dance challenge with Jimin! Maybe more dance challenges will be coming. RM is such a great speaker and pro. I hope he continues to be the host on this show, with Suga away on tour! Wow, Suga’s first concert is in 2 days in New York!! Good luck, Agust D!!!🎉🎊🥳
Hey there Ms.Miso✌💜...and now Suga's amazing 'Haegeum' choreography...WOW👏 And you will get to see it live, no doubt...!! Lucky you (and daughter)...!👍
I felt like RM can really carry this show and no one will notice like anything changed. It was so natural. Will you react to more Youngji drinking shows. i really like all the insights and explanations of Korean language and culture that get lost in the translations.
"...Drinking show specialist"...LOL😅 Another wonderful episode with these two amazing bro's and you as well K-OG...!!👏 Both RM and Suga are so talented and mature...they deserve all of their success...fighters/survivors...!!👍 And yes, RM surrounds himself with books and art...there is a BangtanTV RM 'All Day' Part1 house tour showing his stacks of books and art collection...so cultured yet so down to earth...!!👍 Thanx again John for your great cultural/language insights and congrats on 2K subs...!👍 'In the Soop' (both years) is great fun...worth the watch...!!👏
This was an excellent episode and your reaction was perfect!!! Loved it! 💜 And I would definately watch your reactions to In the Soop, and I’m sure a lot of army would too. Thank you for your reaction 💜💜💜
It was a shock hearing he went to the hospital as an American, because we really don’t go to hospitals here unless there’s nothing else you are so sick or hurt there is nothing else you can do lol. But some helpful Korean Army explained the different in culture and I was soothed lol. I’m glad he was ok

I really loved this episode, the way they act with each other compared to others is so different. They really have become family now. I so wish that I spoke and understood Korean because I think ure correct, sometimes the translations don’t give what they say justice, especially Joon who’s just soooo well spoken and smart! Perhaps the only reason, us older folks recognize their journey a bit easier, is because we have traveled our little path.
