This is really great. The only thing I have to say(hopefully it's helpful) is, with smoothies, you shouldn't make them ahead of time. The nutritional value starts breaking down. So after about 30 minutes there really isn't any nutritional value. Aside from that, this video was super fun and energetic 💖

Yes! You can totally relax your body and go within...see where you may be holding tension and did not realize it. Meditation is not just one thing. Also, you can be practicing mindfulness...which is a form of meditation..at a board/bored meeting. ;) Just do it for one min at a time though to hit your "reset" button. Don't need to be snoozin behind wheel.

I agree about protein powder, but I tweaked mine with a new protein powder, if you want I can send a video about it. But I'll only send the video if you'll lokk at it.
Unfortunately you should NOT buy milled flax seed as flax seed goes rancid quite quickly once it is ground down. I buy the whole flax seed. Keep it in the freezer and grind a tablespoon to add to my smoothie using a spice (or coffee) grinder. I would not suggest anyone use a grinder that they also use for their coffee but to have one exclusively for spices and seeds. Otherwise everything else you added to your smoothie looks good Tanya. :-)
@TanyaAliza - Hi Tanya, how do you know what to send to a prospect first? video , or request for an in person meeting, or virtual meeting, fb group, etc? Is there something that works best for first time exposure?
from a nutritionist's perspective, flax seeds are better consumed right after being ground due to quick oxidization. Oxidized omega-3 may do more harm than good (Research is still ongoing but here's a little evidence: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3657456/)

I watch a lot of You Tube videos and I've noticed you are the 3rd person who pronounces "Resources" as Rezources replacing the s with a z and the other 2 are from Canada😄 and the only 3 I've heard pronounce it that way. I am not sure about the milled flax seeds( I hope I heard it right, correct me if I am wrong) Flax seeds are best eaten raw, if you mill them ahead of time, they loose their essential nutrients. Yes I do agree that flax seeds have to be broken down in order for our body to digest it. If flax seeds are swallowed raw, they just go right through your GIT with out releasing their full nutrients. Hence I believe it's best to eat whole, chew it nice and extract every goodness from it :)

I put my whole ones in a coffee grinder so it's fresh for that morning.
