Some muslim are disrespecting the constitution in india, Some are not read constitution well yet. They are ignoring how much valid the points of constitution in which place. According to the constitution there is no freedom of the dress in school&college.
Article 25 guarantees following 4 points.
1.The freedom of conscience religion to all citizens.
*Proof-It means moral sense of right or wrong, Use of your conscience,you can believe in which god you want, which religion you want.
2.The freedom to profess the religion to all citizens.
*Proof- whichever religion you believe, It doesn't matter to be a student.
3. The freedom of religion practice to all citizens.
*Proof- student don't go to school for religion practice. Because It's against the goal of school.
4. The freedom of propagate the religion to all citizens.
*Proof-student don't go to school for religion propagate. Because it's against the goal of school.
Restriction: Article 25 comes with a responsibility to ensure that the public order, morality and health are not compromised in the process.

1. Hijab is essential or not? Quran phrases was given as proof to court , but no use. Not just one, many places in Quran it is saying hijab is essential.
2. Freedom to women. Women wearing nighty at home as it is very comfort. Then why not wearing it outside. So women expecting secure than freedom But muslim women wearing nighty and on top of that wearing burka and coming out. So what is easy, what is freedom.
3. Dress quality. Riches wearing costly dress and ornaments. But poor cannot. So Poor's just wear burka to hide their poor dress. So what is freedom?
