Btw fella, keep up on the good vids, been looking at the Apex encore myself with the 14th gen and 8000mhz 48gb ram but i am also thinking of waiting for the 15th gen so i may just wait
My stripped Win 10 now only has 30 processes lol. This didn’t do much though, same fps + frametimes. As long as you don’t have a lot of processes running in the background wasting CPU cycles, then process count means really nothing
The fact you only have 30 running is very impressive so I'm not surprised you don't see any improvement. I've had problems with stripped windows in the past so I avoid personally 👍
I had 245 - 250 ish processes when i went on the web, After changing registry to 4 million because i have 64gb ram i now only have 170 175 ish processes
@@toonnut1 yeah 100% worth trying out, i actually found the fella the other day and spent a while going through some videos of his and blimey he's very good at what he does.

Thanks mate I'd personally wait for 15th gen rather than buying into the platform this late
@@toonnut1 Exactly what i was thinking of doing, i currently run a i9 11900k, 64gb @3600mhz, Strix 4090 oc, Asus rog maximus z590.

@@toonnut1 I only have a couple services running, for my network I manually input my IP/DNS then disable those automatic network services
That's great 👍
