Mark Hamill will always be the best voice for Joker. But here's my fun ones: I actually like John DiMaggio's for being ruthless and sadistic(but not quite the laugh) and Troy Baker's for almost coming close to Hamill's style.
It's really wild how influential Mark Hamill's Joker has been. Even now, every single Joker since then has had a little bit of Mark Hamill in his performance, whether he's voiced by Mark or not.
Mark Hamill is by far one of the greatest and most recognized voices of Joker. Seeing the behind the scenes of all his Joker lines is truly spine chilling. I feel many Jokers have tried to recreate that beautiful and perfect laugh. Some just copies, but those that gave it their own spin give me hope for the future of Joker's lovely voice. This part's my own personal tier list of my most favorite Jokers, including live action since the voices are still stunning. Mark Hamill, Heath Ledger, Joaquin Pheonix, Kevin Michael Richardson, Cameron Monaghan, Alan Tudyk, Zach Galifianakis, and John DiMaggio.
That guy who likes Legos :P Difference of one era to another. I am happy that the 60' style of Joker is slowly coming back and having its niche. He and Freeze are my fave batvillains that would prefer done oldschool (I am probably one of the few people who thinks Preminger is the best Freeze)
Lipstick Zombie i agree, Otto Preminger was amazing, especially since his appearances in comics were so limited back then. But yes, Romero is my second favorite live action joker, next to Jack Nicholson, who blended comedy and insanity perfectly.
Y’know, most people talk about Mark Hamill’s Joker, but I think that the Joker in The Batman was really cool too, I love all the twists that show put on the villains, like Riddler being more menacing than goofy, and Mr. Freeze having literal ice on his head rather than glass. That show was really underrated, I recommend Browntable’s videos on it.
The Joker from "The Batman" doesn't get enough credit. Sure his look a little weird but personality wise he really resemble the classic Joker from the BTAS. 10:14 😮 Joker has Harley's mallet.
I grew up with The Batman, and I enjoyed the Joker on it, design and all. I think the design reflects his kooky but also incredibly vicious and dangerous personality.
The Joker voice actors before were admirable, but yikes. I'd be funny if it wasn't so pathetic! ....Dah, what the heck? I'll laugh anyway! AH HA HA HA HAAAAA!
When Mark inevitably chooses to stop voicing the Joker one day, Troy Baker definitely needs to be his successor. His performance conveys the exact same emotions that make Mark’s Joker so fantastic.
*No matter which version of the Joker he is, he will always be the best villain in DC Comics due to his personality, looks and purpose. Hard to say which version is the best, as each one marked the character.*
Joker from the Redhood animation is one of the most scary at all. He isn't playing any games, he just is incredible unpredictable. The tone of the animation is also really dark, the confrontation Between Batman and Redhood is amazing, and it has an incredible twist involving Joker.
Michael is probably one of my favorite jokers. I loved the design. He looked feral, and I LOVE that! At first when I heard the voice, I wasn't keen on it. But I got used to it, and I enjoyed it

@@TheSleepingSeer: I guess yeah.
and Bruce Timm.....)
I liked the Dark Knight Returns version.
Kevin Michael Richardsons wasn't an impressive at all
Mark hamill will always be the best joker, hope he'll return to the role someday
The sad thing is in current era they changed The Joker (Classic) to Hipster Joker...
thankfully that story is an elsworld story from what i read so that means its non cannon.... still does not excuse that incredibly stupid idea
+Some random guy from the beyond Yeah.
Did you watch Young Justice The Joker? Jeez.
xXSilentAgent47Xx Joker went from badass to punkass. Last good Joker was Ledger. Leto was a skinny tattooed bitch.
By hipster joker I think he means jared leto.
+Kauã Freire Da Silva + Young Justice & Injustice 2 & Some Comics
Brave and the Bold: We made The Joker sing! What can you do?
Dracula Special: Hold my beer.
Actually it was a movie but I know where you're coming from from.
The Joker Sang in the Killing Joke. That was the best part in the whole movie.
Super man:”great Scott he deflected my heat beams”
Doc brown:”great Scott he stole my catchphrase “
Tin Tin: "Great Scott, Snowy these men have stolen my catchphrase"
Hamill Joker: Actually I'm Irish.
Mark Hamill will always be the best voice for Joker.
But here's my fun ones: I actually like John DiMaggio's for being ruthless and sadistic(but not quite the laugh) and Troy Baker's for almost coming close to Hamill's style.
9:17 I like this laughter most
Whatever joker mark hamill is voicing, I'm ALL for. He is the BEST joker voice!! That's not up for discussion, AT ALL!!
Who thinks Joker is one of best Batman villians?
She-Venom lol, everyone
She-Venom he is
Nooooo kite man is better.
She-Venom I love Bane more hes cooler than Joker Akham Asylum had best Bane
Bioxer you mean The Eraser
There's an Ancient Vulcan Saying. "Only Mark Hamill can do the Joker."
glenn sitts not true
Troy Baker is nowhere near as good as Mark Hamill
Sasuke Uchiha he sucks!
Well Heath Ledger is pretty awesome too
@@idunoh1902 so was Jack Nicholson
It's really wild how influential Mark Hamill's Joker has been. Even now, every single Joker since then has had a little bit of Mark Hamill in his performance, whether he's voiced by Mark or not.
0:12 this just opened a hole in my memories
Mark Hamil
mARk HAmil
mARK HAMil
ARKHAM
Oh my god, he truly was born for the role.
Good comment
Oohhhh now i get it,sick👌
A moment of silence for the Jester
Dark Wiser HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, it's what he would've done
Joker is the most disturbingly funny menacing
Batman villain .
12:58
That was a god damned SEAMLESS edit right there
where's robot chicken joker?
Nero Wayne Not animated and it's Mark Hamill
You could argue that stop motion animation is animated, but yeah your right. XD
Non official
Hamill is a fucking badass
Why is everyone hating on Lego joker? Its like saying Cesar Romero sucked because he was too 'silly' keep in mind, joker is SUPPOSED TO BE SILLY.
That guy who likes Legos :P Difference of one era to another. I am happy that the 60' style of Joker is slowly coming back and having its niche. He and Freeze are my fave batvillains that would prefer done oldschool (I am probably one of the few people who thinks Preminger is the best Freeze)
For most people, there's only one side of a character.
Lipstick Zombie i agree, Otto Preminger was amazing, especially since his appearances in comics were so limited back then. But yes, Romero is my second favorite live action joker, next to Jack Nicholson, who blended comedy and insanity perfectly.
That guy who likes legos :P No he's supposed to be psychotic, and he's not supposed to be in LOVE with batman he's supposed to be obsessed.
Will watch.
In all honesty, I really love Kevin Richardson's and John Kassir's take on the joker!
The Joker from "The Batman" doesn't get enough credit. Sure his look a little weird but personality wise he really resemble the classic Joker from the BTAS.
10:14 😮 Joker has Harley's mallet.
HarleyxJoker FOREVER you're fanart is cringy af
Fun fact: The mallet was his gag weapon first before the crowbar that...looked like a crow.
Yea just a little
I grew up with The Batman, and I enjoyed the Joker on it, design and all. I think the design reflects his kooky but also incredibly vicious and dangerous personality.
I liked it.
A good compilation but Mark Hamil wins everytime.
God Mark Hamill's a legend 👏👏
Mark Hamil played as a Star Wars character, now The Joker.
But I never knew Brent Spiner from Star Trek: The Next Generation had a role for Joker too.
>a star wars character
The Joker is better than Luke Skywalker
I feel like Kevin Michael Richardson is underrated, I liked his performance in The Batman.
Same here
Rock Redemption
Same, Joker was my favorite villain in that show.
Omg 100% could not agree more
03:01 Omg, I love this character as mush as Joker. It's The Creeper!
Fire Sadiste That dude was the Creeper?!
The Joker voice actors before were admirable, but yikes. I'd be funny if it wasn't so pathetic! ....Dah, what the heck? I'll laugh anyway! AH HA HA HA HAAAAA!
Didn't expect to see you here.
Zack he's everywhere!
Yeah, he's all over TH-cam.
It's crazy how Joker fluctuates between "tame" and God damn insane over the years.
Under the red hood and Killing Joke will easily win this competition
what do u mean
When Mark inevitably chooses to stop voicing the Joker one day, Troy Baker definitely needs to be his successor. His performance conveys the exact same emotions that make Mark’s Joker so fantastic.
I'm curious if Lego joker should really count or not....
Even though it resembles stop motion, it's technically computer animated.
fireball111121 It's both like Lego movie which is why It's so fucking unique and awesome
Mark Hamill really went from “are you my father” to “that reminds me of a joke”
Michael is probably one of my favorite jokers. I loved the design. He looked feral, and I LOVE that! At first when I heard the voice, I wasn't keen on it. But I got used to it, and I enjoyed it
They went from classic and comical to Intelligent and evil.
Martha Wayne...
"All it takes is one bad day..."
10:30 my gosh. You sure that aint mark? If it’s not that one of the best Mark Hamil Joker impressions ive ever heard
"Unless you're just one of the voices in my head, in that case I'm crazy anyway"
That is a great line
