      take a heavy backpack with some weights (can be stones, I use that) u can make a ton of different types of workout. U can do arm curl, Bulgarian deadlift and weight pushups etc. sorry for my bad English

      If all else fails you can always look up other workouts you can do with resistance bands. Can also buy handle & door jam attachments.

    Rear Delts
    1. 2:04 Facepulls- 15 reps
    2. 2:48 Single arm rear delt fly - 12 reps each side

      I eat everything like others pizza, burgers... And I'm super lazy, laying on the coach whole day. I should be overweight but its not happening.

      @@user-ox6mt1lh7b Eating plenty of fatty food won't make you go up in weight, doing nothing even less and dirty bulking doesn't always work; plus, it's not too healthy for you.
      How tall are you? Depending on that you should've probably seen a doctor by now. There are plenty of TH-camrs that can help you with that.
      There's no best method because every body is different. You could try having less food per meal but therefore having 5 meals a day instead of 3 (You need to distribute it better throughout the day to increase input is what a mean). And also, work out, obviously!

    regardless pulling or pushing exercise, having a strong shoulder muscles helps in all upper body exercises. I have been looking for this. This is great. Maybe a few month down the road, or a year later, you can have another video like this to vary the shoulder workout using resistance band.

    Great workout with resistance band for shoulders. And great words, our body requires only resistance for muscle development no matter what type of resistance .

    I notice myself getting much stronger after adding these movements to my routine. Helping increase repititions on other ezcercises. Good stuff!

    Thanks to these exercises the strength of my forearms has improved dramatically and now I have much less problems after being healed from a bad tendonitis.

    Maybe because I'm in my mid-forties now, but either way, my body is a bit beaten up, and I notice that bands are much easier on my body. I didn't have a plan when I went to the gym today. I just asked the front desk for a red band and an orange band - thankfully they're bands, and not tubes - and played around, getting a feel for distance, wrapping them around bars, using one foot, two feet, etc etc.
    I feel at this point in my life, I won't go back to dumbbells. I may add kettlebells at some point, but traditional dumbbells are history. Bands are so portable, so versatile, and as I mentioned, they don't cause my body discomfort.
    Thanks for the video and the band options, Chris. I am not yet in the market for bands of my own, as the gym have them, but I imagine I'll be getting yours when that time comes.

    Hey Chris, don't know if you'll see this but I recently read your AMA on reddit. After hearing your story it gave me additional inspiration to move forward and keep going with my passions, despite my ex trying to use the legal system against me. I'm female with a female ex. I'm really glad those entitled liars didn't get away with framing you. It's good to see someone having gone through so much and still making through and doing what they love.     Shoulders are super important for the head stand push-up as well. My shoulders have grown bigger and legitimately stronger in the past 9 months from doing Chris’ workouts, than they have ever been in my life.

    It has every type of workouts and also musics which I can listen during workout I doing many workouts from the thenx app and my strenth is increased very much I am of 16 and when I had started I could not do 10 diamond pushups and now I can easily do 30 diamond pushups

    This is really nice. I bought one not long ago, and a quite large one, because I wanted to practice my muscle-up.
    It's gonna be usefull for a lot more than that, tho. Thx for the motivation Chris, as always 👊
