I'm sure the energy in that room is his spirit and he is probably confused and in limbo between crossing over. I think this is very common when we die under traumatic of violent circumstances. I hope his spirit find peace

That's exactly what happens a lot of spirits are lost and they don't know why and then people come in and make final bomb or whatever tried trying to do things and the spirits get upset they don't know why they're doing it

Scary stuff. My neighbor was brutally murdered too. I saw most of it from my window. My testimony sent the men to prison for life but that house was forever tainted. The landlord kept renting it out without anybody knowing which I think is just wrong. Each tenant had some kind of activity. I kept seeing him sitting on his front porch. I'll never get over what happened to him. That house should be torn down.
Jael Jade isn't that illegal to sell or rent a home without full disclosure? the house across from me had a women brutally murdered about 18 years ago or so. I've always wondered if there is activity over there. I don't really talk with those neighbors
James Smith I think it's illegal to sell without disclosure but it's not illegal to rent. I personally think it's pretty nasty to do that but I'm sure it's done every day. I would usually end up telling the ppl if we got to be friendly and chatting. One couple was experiencing a lot of strange activity. He wasn't too happy when I told him what happened there. The landlord never even took care of the bullet holes that went out thru the siding. Class act.
Find the history of the house before you move in. If the owner is hiding something, you can file a lawsuit.

The last time they rented my grandson was 4 at the time.. he was watching a cartoon but in the glass on the screen he said he saw (a reflection) something huge standing behind his rocking chair and it had horns.. coming from a four year old that is not allowed to watch scary movies ever I think that was pretty significant. thank God I didn't find out until after they had left that house

I believe there's electric wires going through the wall behind the cross going to the ceiling fans and that's what you were picking up.

If that were the case he would be getting readings all the way to the fan as well as through out the rest of the home, also doesn't explain why it would get faster as he raised it to the cross, all switches were off as well so it's hard to say exactly what it was.

I was wondering that as well - did they catch the perpetrator? If not, could the man have been trying to show them clues over where the boxes were packed? Either way RIP to the man who died, and prayers for comfort for his family and friends.
His spirit will be there regardless of the blood. Yes the blood being there doesn't help and could make things worse but I've lived in several places were people died before I was even born and that places were haunted and those places were cleaned up after! The worst place was an apartment complex in Orlando I lived in when I was 14. Two workers building the place were killed in and accident long before I was born and that place was bad!
The family is usually in charge of hiring someone/company to do the clean-up. Or some do it themselves.

Many mediums helps these earthbound spirits cross over on a daily basis - but anyone can; pray for them, (they want and need our prayers) ..envisage a doorway opening up with soft light flooding through - gently ask the soul to see it, to move into it. They're often confused and frightened, a calm and loving energy will show them the way.

I do indeed agree, however, it is nearly impossible for the blood to be removed as blood is in fact one of the hardest things to clean. Once it's in wood it typically does not come out no matter how hard you try. Therefore, the boards would have to be removed and replaced which could also stir up more energy. I am one who is connected to the spirit world and seeing this without even being there gave me the utmost heaviest of feelings. I also know how a tragic event of this kind would feel, not only as the living, but how stressful it must be on the dead. My uncle was actually murdered last year in November by his own son in the most brutal way man could think possible. However, there should be no fret and hanging heads in sorrow no matter who they are to you. You must keep a positive attitude towards things and always keep a silver lining in your view. Not only for the better of yourself, but to show those who need to move on ( the passed ) that everything is okay and what is done, is done. There is no one else that can hurt them now, and finding peace is the next thing they need to check off of their list.

It would be a good idea if you all prayed for this man to help him get to where he needs to be. That may be the cause of the heaviness you felt. He needs a bit of help to pass over, which is not uncommon in people who suffer an unexpected death. This may be all it takes to help him.
The meter goes of meters from the cross on the wall and it goes faster and faster when moving the meter to the cross. Everyone was confused by this. When the curtain was moving the second time, they go to the kitchen and then you hear a voice. Never saw a better investigation as these guys did.

I think the deceased person was trying to get someone to pray for him cuz he was worried God was not going to take him so all his energy was directed to that Cross on top. That's why your device reacted towards crosses for that reason.
That's what I was feeling as well. Maybe his spirit needed a prayerful connection to cross into or find The Light.
The heaviness they were feeling could be as simple as the aura of the traumatic experience of his murder. It never seemed the spirit meant to harm but sure did want their attention!

And I learned a long time ago to trust my instincts and to listen to my intuition because they've proven to always be right. I think when that big stuffed animal fell the air it displaced caused enough of a wind wave to move that curtain. And It seemed to be at the same height off the floor and half a second later. Giving the air time to reach it. And the curtain moved in the same direction as the air flow. I could guess at the stuffed animal also. It's all how you look at it I guess.

Hey Jon! Amazing! Totally amazing! How totally heartbreaking. Bless the family & his close friends. He’s seriously is trying to reach out to you guys. Since this is still recently new, it could be too overwhelming for the family to be in the home to pack up, clean up. Just knowing this violent event could be way to much for them to handle, cope with. If you’ve felt the heaviness in this house, experienced the bear & curtain moving,maybe they (family) have as well. I would have left too. (The reason for the packed up boxes) and yes, I know it’s morbid/crazy there are companies that people can hire to handle these situations. My question is: after leaving the victims home. Did you feel any of that heavy weight afterwards? Did you notice any change in yourself or Tim, Michael ? (Sadness, headaches, feeling drained) I think your gut feeling is right about the cross, the serenity prayer. But the blood that's still there is a powerful conductor it needs to be removed that's why it has such a heavy feel to the room. How do you even know that he is going to heaven? We know nothing of this man's faith or salvation! We have no idea if he followed the Commandments, read scripture, repented and asked forgiveness, and when was the last time he did any of those things before meeting his sudden and tragic demise. We don't know and have no way of ever knowing. You can pray for him but at the end of the day it's God's will that will be done. He is obviously where he is for reasons unknown to us, we have nothing but speculation to go on here so.. Only the Lord knows his plan for this man. But I do believe we should pray for this man. And hopefully he was right with The Lord and had repented and been saved, plenty of people with crosses and pictures of Jesus in there home that never bother to open the Word, I sincerely hope that this man was not one of them. I will pray now.

He showed you his house and the thing that was important to him, his music. Then he took you to the scene of his death and finally to the things that show his strong faith. I think he want you or someone who knows how, to help him to find the light. He got stuck because of the violence when he died.
The heaviness may come from the energy in the violence, not from the man. The best way to get rid of it is by doing a proper cleaning of the house, sort out the things that makes the family sad and cleanse the house with white sage. A final tip is to do something to celebrate his life, like throwing a party filled with somthing good to eat and drink, good music, good memories and some tears and laughter .

When you know there is a presence there, don't make a "freakshow" out of it, no seances, just tell them the ones who loved them most would want that person to move on and find their peace. Then tell them it is time to move on and find their peace in Jesus Name, and may God forgive them of whatever they are holding over their own heads. It has worked for me on several occasions.
And yes I realize that sometimes a knock is just the cats playing or trees or neighbours, or a cold spot could be from a draughty window... but when you have ruled out the natural or scientific, and you and the fur-friends are still picking up on something/someone that should not be there, there is nothing wrong with asking God for his protection and to remove the peculiar presence and His cleansing/healing.

my dad was shot and killed (murdered) in 1985 here in Denver downstairs in the basement of the room he was renting. It still is standing today and they rent it out. I was 12 at the time, and I thought of asking the owners/landlords if they would possible let me downstairs to tell him that I love him. He was murdered in the laundry room by his so called best friend. I sometimes pass the house, but its awfully hard. I hope this man found peace in the afterlife. This is downright evil. oh yeah, you can either pay someone to clean up the after math of a murder /tragedy or do it yourself , my uncle had to do it bc my mother could not. he was the brave one!

Slapped Ham brought me here... So thanks to him! I have done my share of investigating in the past, starting back in the mid 80s when we had moved into a two story old farm house that was built in the mid 1800s. And the biggest and best thing I was ever taught how to do, was to not overreact to the slightest sounds or movements. But to instead, literally sit down, stay calm and figure out a plan for communication, such as moving an object for yes. Every single Ghost Investigation show or video I have watched are guilty of not doing this. Back in the 80s, we had gotten some major communication with those who had passed. And have done it quite a bit through the years since. Overreacting, jumping to conclusions, and not giving them the chance to get out what they are trying to say is just a waste of time. I liked this video though.

I know this is almost a year old, but I felt the need to pass this along...because it’s still unresolved.
FYI... Cold does not represent demonic. Just the opposite - hot. Cold is usually caused by spirit activity. Human spirit. This whole situation is a terrible shame. When I focus, I can see him here & the violence with which he departed. The best THE FAMILY can do for him is to tell him they will be okay & that he can move on now, go to the light & be with God in peace; that you will be reunited someday. He’s staying because of the violence he encountered & his family. They need to release him. Open the door, say a prayer for him & tell him it’s okay to go. Tell him how much you love him & will miss him, but that you’ll be okay. It’s time for him to move on to the light, be with God & go knowing that he’s loved & will always be remembered.
Also, I’m not sure if this was solved, but that’s a large part of why spirits can get stuck, as well - unresolved business & violent, unexpected death. He has not yet come to terms with his death & needs help doing so. If it has been, tell him & let him know that. If not, tell him that you will pursue justice for him. I’m so sorry for the family’s loss. And, with all due respect, you should take this video down. It’s one thing to investigate long abandoned places, but this loss is fresh to the family; evidence of the crime still present. Their loss should not be replayed for thousands of people’s viewing entertainment. Again, with all due respect.
I have had sight since I was a child & I can see him here & have passed on to you, to pass on to the family, what he needs to be able to start the process of moving on. And, I can only imagine how difficult it is for the family, but to help him move on, and to help with their grieving process, they need to handle his things if they haven’t already (keep what’s important, donate what can benefit others, etc.) because so long as this home remains this way, a frozen time capsule with all of his belongings, it will be even more difficult for him to move on. With their processing this and then giving him permission to move on (open the door as they say this), hopefully he will be able to move on. Then, they need to have this home cleansed. The violence stains the very fabric of the walls & this home will not feel peaceful again until they do this.
