This is right around when I started watching. I think you had just made the switch to aligning your blinds. Before this, you used to have have them in different orders and then talk about different whiskies at the same time. It's wild seeing how far you've come!
@@BourbonJunkies, I appreciate your tasting palettes. But if this WT 101 secret gets out it may be impossible for me to find it in our stupid state store system! Let's please keep this one on the down-low!
I feel like buffalo trace is a little overrated and overhyped. Its good has a good spice. But there is much better for cheaper. I think Even Williams bottle in bond is one of the best under $40 and it's only$16 . But than again it's all preference. The David Nicholson 1843 is really good for a $20 bottle. It taste a lot like buffalo trace but with a little more flavor and a little more complex. If you like buffalo trace you should try it. There is a David Nicholson reserve that is really good. But it's not worth the extra $15 over the 1843 they are almost the same just a hint more complex on the reserve but you wouldn't know if not side by side.
Good to see the New $$$ Rulz since there have been some "irregularities" in the past. Those are 4 (or make that 3?) GREAT whiskeys for the price and will be tough competition. WHAT!? Sean STILL cheats!!! RED Card for the Overconfident (I got this one) Invisible Man!!!
This was the Bevis and Butthead version of bourbon tasting, loved every minute of it.
Real facts, we're not sure how neither of us picked good ole Buffalo Trace

16:30 you *TOTALLY* should’ve spliced in Gene Wilder from Willy Wonka screaming *”YOU LOSE.....GOOD DAY, SIR!!!!”* right here!! 😉🤣😂
This is one of the best videos for so many reasons....thanks for the entertainment and education on how to read MSRP
Wild Turkey 101 is a sleeper. Excellent bourbon.
It just won a blind flight for me with more expensive bottles against it

Watching this in 2024 is crazy how 5 years has changed things.
Great stuff guys. Really entertaining love these blinds reviews!
You guys...are...amazing!!! Best whiskey review channel hands down
Thanks!
Hey fellas! Always a fan of a good battle!⚔️ Good pours from start to finish, hilarious as always!
Cheers! 🥃👍
I really want to like OGD 114, but I get a weird chemical aftertaste. For the money the BiB is pretty good though.
So dysfunctional! LOL! I love it.
This is what happens after 10 years of friendship lol
"We can't do one f#@kin'......" HAHAHAHA!
Love you guys! Would be fun as hell to hang out with!
To sum up this episode: 10:51
EH Taylor small batch 39.99...I live in Dallas and every liquor store has it 65$-95$
great video guys.
Price doesn’t define quality in bourbon/whiskey, rarity does. There are so many great budget bourbons.
New lighting will probably help Sean see the right price on the correct line!
😂🤣 we can only hope
“A little nut in it.”
😂
The good news is you both picked the correct bourbon for #1! (CEHTSmB is one of my favorites.) The bad news it was in the wrong bracket!

Wow, Sean, wow. Another fun episode guys. One day Sean will follow the rules.
Today ain't the day!!! Look through the videos though, we've fucked up the same amount but Dan edits these!
@@BourbonJunkies The Editor writes the history.
His just happened longer ago, I just went ham and did it like twice recently 🤣
As a person of left-handedness I have no choice but to be on Team Dan.
Checks all the boxes: Team Left-Handers, Team Thicc boys
Best of 7? Best of 9? Either way we gotta break this tie
Welcome to the newer, smarter Bourbon Junkies. I'm Dan, and this is a 2 dimensional cardboard cutout of ADHD Fishing.
🤣😂
😂 you guys are great
Thank you!
Sean . . . . . . the asterisk Kid
DAMMIT SEAN!!!
READING THE RIGHT LINE WAS HARD!!
Just follow the rules... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sean took gold and then pissed hot.
Is EH Taylor sitting on the shelves in Michigan? Elmer T Lee is a great Bourbon for $30-$35, but you'll never find it on a sitting out at retail.
Elmer state min is 40 here. Eht isn't seen super often but we can find it from time
Dans left handed. I knew there was something special. Left handed people are smarter!
Always exceptions to that

I had such a good time reading through your experience as you watched the episode hahahahaha.
Well I agree Eagle Rare is gross.
Dear God!!! BT is just immature Eagle rare. How did this happen??? Lol
lol
What is this state min garbage?
The lowest the state says you can sell it for.
@@BourbonJunkies wow!
Buffalo Trace is overated and overhyped
All your picks are true scrappers. They all kick ass. Nice battle, gents! Cheers!
For sure, that $30 market is cut throat. So many long standing lines that have perfected their cheaper bourbons.
@@BourbonJunkies Yeah, that price point is killer. These battles are where its at!
