Good job with the elderly woman. I had a similar event this weekend, woman fell backward on the elevator. I rushed to support her upper back to prevent her head from hitting the metal step while another person and her daughter grabbed her arms. We got her back on her feet near the top.

Yeah, it's unfortunate they used a material that gets slipper when wet. There are quite a few surfaces like this everywhere, which is sad because Japan's elderly population are almost always the ones slipping and falling on them. Thanks for watching!
