Hello, we stayed at the town centre where everything is walking distance to restaurants and there are a lot of Hotels and guesthouses so the prices are affordable. I don’t know the prices to stay at sunset town but you can find it on booking.com
A studio condominium in sunset town is 400000 vnd per night if rented for the month. 10,000,000 per month. More for an ocean view. We will stay on month or more. In February or March 😊
Phu quoc island will be come a favorite destination holiday all around the world for sure in near future! It have got everything that the holiday makers need!! Most of the houses & apartments are already sold!! Most of the buyers are the investors!
Sunset town is newly build not many tourist know about this for sure in next few years this will b huge for tourism,phu qouc island they have plan the governmet they want just like in singapore, phu qouc island tourist arival in 2023 combined local and foreign tourist almost 600k not that bad.
Sunset city, is Ghost town becuase the Real Estate bubble has burst . Those many building are condos. . Also the island has overbuilt of hotels and not enough tourists.
