On a whim, I decided I would do a drink-along while watching this review and so I bought my first malt beverage. As soon as I cracked open the can I knew I had made a terrible mistake. The pungent and overpowering alcohol aroma wafted out and I immediately recognized the smell from the breath of drunken street people. I decided to plow ahead anyway and took a sip. I was greeted by the flavor of cheap alcohol burning my throat and...some flavor that is hard to quantify. Now I know what alcoholics buy to get drunk. I got buzzed off of about 3 sips of this stuff.
I am a huge fan of the level of sobriety you all exhibit in this video. Pink especially. Keep up the great work guys!

Ok, so after like 8 months of seeing this video i have finally tried one of the these. cause the gas station next to my work had these! i was so happy with this four loko! this Four loko will for ever be my choice of four loko!

I absolutely HATE Four Lokos but I tried this one the other day and actually really liked it...by far the best Four Loko flavor ever made...it tasted like Red Bull to me
I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. It tasted like an alcoholic Red Bull to me. It was actually good though.
After watching this vid, I stopped at my local gas station and picked one of these up. Super sweet, but tastes acceptable after the first few sips. After downing the full can, along with a plate of nacho's/Sriracha/salsa/sour cream, I'm fully buzzed 20min later. For $3 (WA), its a good, if not particularly tasty value.
That stuff originally contained as much caffeine as a can of Monster Energy along w/ the 14% alcohol, until lots of towns banned it.

I just moved to the more impoverished part of town as well. I could tell when the local beer store had bullet proof glass from floor, ha. I haven't seen this one anywhere around here though. Tried it for the first time tonight.. All I taste is a alcoholic malted Red Bull. But pretty good.
I'm always picking things up that you guys reviewed if & when I see them & I finally saw the 4Loko Gold 2day at 1 of the 7-11s I go 2 here on Long Island NY & picked it up. It tastes exactly like 1 of the clear colored Dum Dum pops (cream soda flavor I really think was the 1 but pineapple may also have been it). It's def 1 of the best flavors along w/ black cherry & pina colada which r also rare 2 find at least at the 7-11s where I'm from.
For cheap swill it's a lot better than you'd expect. To me the flavor profile was very reminiscent of Red Bull.

This one tastes like 14% to me, out of all the 4lokos, it was the worst flavor that I associated with Monster Energy, until (half a can later...) I realized it tastes like a jager bomb....
with this stuff replacing the red bull, I can make "Jager Bomb-BOMBS!"

SG only had a finger full, i spent the afternoon at my mom's swilling sam adams oktoberfest, i guess some nephews left it there, mom don't drink much, i'm usually a light drinker (drink 10-15 lights) but i really like steel reserve blk berry at 8%ABV, found that in Vegas a couple years ago, that shit is good!

I love these I’m drinking two rn And I absolutely hate the taste but it’s effective I’m more of a hard liquor guy because of the effectiveness but these are the one of the few and best strongest beers I’ve ever had

when i heard smarties i though of our canadian smarties and though chocolate would go very weird with four loko, then i realized that your talking about your smarties which we call rockets.
To me, it tastes less like Smarties and more like Monster on bath salts.

Is this the drink that's an energy drink mixed with alcohol in a can? 14% seems high if it's mixed with caffeine.
They used to have caffeine in them several years ago, however, due to people(alcoholic lightweights imo) ending up in the ER, the company decided to remove caffeine from the formula.

Picked up some of these for the first time. Went looking for reviews before I cracked it open. It just taste like red bull or some other energy drink. Idk I don't drink that shit unless it's got booze in it apparently.

I agree with several of the other posters here...to me this shit tastes a lot like red bull. While it definitely tastes better than the other flavors of four loko, I still get that really off putting aftertaste that the others have, so I can't exactly say that I would go out of my way to drink it, lol.
