to be honest those red beans (in their defense) are an ingredient and not supposed to be eaten as is..... the gluten also.... not sure about the abalone

Peanut gluten idea - Dump in a stirfry, add a shitload of other ingredients to cover the taste, fry the ever living fk out of it and try and eat it.
