Heads up, any comment here on out that says its a virus will be removed. Please educate yourself about false positives, it's a VERY common thing.

@Daniel Golubov I apologize I have been very busy with IRL endeavors. With that said, typically Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge will automatically block files "flagged" as a virus. To combat this, you download it with Firefox or Opera web browsers. For an additional measure, you can also add it as an exclusion to microsoft defender to prevent any further problems.
Hey man, i have tried countless ways to open it, i have even tried the Non-blocked version. But everything wount work. I am also on firefox. Also with the non-blocked version, Its a RAR file. But when i try 7Zip or other programs, it wont work because it's flagged as "a virus".

@James Clark As it's an old vulnerability Microsoft may fix it, but it could run on a specific versions of win 10.
on my school laptop win defender detected the exploit and did not let me install it then the school network did not let the install finish lol

does this make you administrator, or just give you access to specific downloads that need the admin password?
It only opens administrator command prompt so that you can add a account that is a administrator and then MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

@@oat7514 Sorry for the VERY late reply, TH-cam actually didn't notify me of these comments. Are you trying to run it on Windows 10 or Windows 7? Since Windows 10 requires a microsoft account to access (online) this will not work.

Hello. Downloaded the Exploit via another laptop that has Obuntu because I could simply not turn off my antivirus on my Windows 10 pc. Downloaded it Into a USB stick to transfer it into my Windows 10 PC. Only problem is that when the file is extracted and the .exe is visible and ready to open an error popt up saying: The operation could not be completed, virus detected.
NOTE:
When I downloaded it from my Obuntu laptop it was downloaded as a .zip file so no difference in the file type. Good to mention I download the x64 version. Hope someone can help me and thank you for reading.
on your Obuntu try renaming it then put in onto the usb put it in a zip file and rename it .bat or .EXE hope this helped if I did like this comment

@@geeussery8849 no problem! When I downloaded the file I just dragged and dropped it on the desktop for the video. However, when you first download it initially, it would be in your downloads folder.

No this exploit only works for windows 7 and 8. Windows 10 doesn't work because the accounts are online and not local.
After all, this is an EXPLOIT and Microsoft acknowledged that so Microsoft flagged it as a virus. This is not a virus though, its an exploit that breaks the security on windows 7 and 8.

And the reason I want this thing is cus of my brother, he manages the pc and is the admin. Once I sneeked into his account and made my account admin. He got to know that I did something in his account cus I was not asking for his password for downloading games anymore. He checked the pc and got to know it. From that day on I'm bacc to my old situation. Very very sed times
i have a problem when i try to download the file i press keep dangerous file but then it says that failed - virus detected so i try to turn off realtime protection but you need admin rights to turn it off
Typically, I would use Microsoft Edge or internet explorer to download exploits and Microsoft will usually have those blocked 🚫 and will be flagged as a "virus". Its not a virus though and I promise that. You're more than welcome to not use the file if you don't deem it safe. Its all up to you.

@@faxify453 only for windows 7 and 8. Github will tell you what versions of windows its compatible with. Windows 10 doesn't work because windows 10 requires your Hotmail or outlook account to login. This is for local accounts only.

This exploit doesn't work for Windows 10 as Windows 10 uses ONLINE accounts. This only works with windows vista and windows 7.

Hey. So I made a admin account a couple weeks ago and couldn't log into it, I am currently as of now using a local account. I'm on Windows 10 and it says that a virus or threat has been detected, I know it's just the trickery of the system but I can't download the zip file. Basically I can't download it is what I'm trying to say. I'm on Windows 10 on a x64 System, currently on win version 1909. Please help.

False positive. Windows defender blocks it before you can do anything with it unfortunately. It probably saw it as an exploit that can get privileges so flagged it.
Download it from Mac then transfer the zip with cloud or the exe

This video doesn't claim that the customized CMD is a hacking tool. All it does is bruteforce administrative privileges within the CMD that allows you to manually change a password. Its an exploit, not a hack.
Secondly, CMD is NOT a computer server. I dont know where tf you got your information from but you're vastly incorrect. Lol

Damn, I dont think guest accounts work as cmd is disabled entirely for them.
