I saw his stream before 2 or 3 days. He killed enemy Cait 3 times and she told him a lot of disgusting things, even for EUW/EUNE standards. But he just ignored her, didn't even type anything in /all or talked about that on stream. Was very nice to see ignoring something like that from him :)
What's crazy to me is that Ignar is talking about how bad NA is as his only argument when in reality sneaky and c9, an NA team, has made it further into worlds than he has. The highlight of his career is almost beating SKT in quarters and winning eu cs once. But NA excuse right?

He got unlucky flaming sneaky and being wrong but academy players lcs players boosters and funnel abusers are all trash on ladder (like power of evil for example will legitimately not give a leash when top, instantly die and blame the jungler, ruin ints to get higher on ladder, kat evolved picks assassins and afk farms broxah tryhards but on meme picks like syndra jg, laceration runs down for fun on stream, santorin plays passive and throws games when they ban his champs one tricks dont dodge when banned out etc etc) Their skill might not be bad but they all run it down either on purpouse or coz they think solo q is beneath them.
That said ignar might be garbage human being but he wasnt flaming na pros, but solo q in general and na is one of the worst ones for sure.

NA "blank" is just a way to say bad "blank". Even NA players type it, and it's pretty widely accepted that NA solo queue is a fiesta and quite a bit worse than other regions' solo queue. Why would you assume he's flaming Sneaky or NA lcs at all? The account wasn't one that people know as Sneaky's its not like he is calling the region shit, its just a way of saying bad tp. Also I doubt he thinks he is somehow above the players on current C9, a team he just lost to, some of who are NA players.

I hate when high tier players are like "if you just did ___ at low elo, you'd win" when half my losses are bc I have an inter/afk and half my wins are bc the enemy team had an inter/afk. Someone described it well in one of Sneaky's videos. "Whoever has the worse inter loses"
edit: people are pretty displeased with my comment so I wanna clarify a thing or two. Instead of "afk/inter" I should have said "people who refuse to play with the team." In many, many, many of my games, I might have a top laner who takes ignite and is never around in team fights. A jungle who never plays around objectives. A mid laner who doesn't roam with their laner / push when their laner is gone and blaming team. An adc who blames the team for them not 1v5ing. A supp that plays behind the adc and doesn't poke / play up. Using "inter / afk" was incorrect. Some of the comments replying to this actually prove my point about the toxicity of the community. Rather than trying to understand where I'm coming from and give feedback, people immediately said "you're blaming your team because you're a shitter" when I am just expressing my frustration with how little players care about working as a team.

Honestly if you want to climb, you have to just mute your team, follow pings, and focus on improving your own play. You're gonna have people int at any tier, and the only thing you can change is your own play. Raging or calling out people's retarded plays does nothing, just focus on what the best decision you can make at each point in the game.

like really I think it's a mindset problem literally soloQ is the definition of the mindset problems that stem from negative thinking that can be solved by just thinking differently.
Identifying negative thinking
Not sure if your self-talk is positive or negative? Some common forms of negative self-talk include:
Filtering. You magnify the negative aspects of a situation and filter out all of the positive ones. For example, you had a great day at work. You completed your tasks ahead of time and were complimented for doing a speedy and thorough job. That evening, you focus only on your plan to do even more tasks and forget about the compliments you received.
Personalizing. When something bad occurs, you automatically blame yourself. For example, you hear that an evening out with friends is canceled, and you assume that the change in plans is because no one wanted to be around you.
Catastrophizing. You automatically anticipate the worst. The drive-through coffee shop gets your order wrong and you automatically think that the rest of your day will be a disaster.
Polarizing. You see things only as either good or bad. There is no middle ground. You feel that you have to be perfect or you're a total failure.
There's ways around this in how you think that can prevent going down these paths. Like instead of thinking oh shit the enemy got first blood we're fucked the enemy is so lucky if only I had better teamates but there bad and I'm behind so FF 15 yo could say that your team had a misplay and then trying to identify how to best win the game it might be hard but I can make this work let's figure out what we can do and learn from this situation. You could also have premade jokes to focus on so that instead of being depressed you can find fun in the situation and keep your mental or even say if the game becomes absolutely hopeless you can just change your objectives. Usually the objective is to win the game and try your best and so people get angry if they think winning becomes impossible. But instead of getting angry you could just set up a differnt objective like trying to kill the enemy jungler or do X. Most of the problems in League soloQ and in competitive video games in general and even in life are a cause of a negative mindset which could be changed to a more positive one with practice and if you get angry and can't keep a positive mindset then you should take a break. I can't really blame people for having a bad mindset when it's not really common knowledge that the way you think from moment to moment and how you think can vastly influence your emotions and rationality. I mean it sounds more obvious when I put it like that but it's hard to notice the subtle diffence say between say between thinking there's no way it will work vs I can try to make it work. It's hard to notice the differnce in thinking at the time but the outcome of those thoughts have widely differnt results on your emotions and willingness to keep trying.
@@andrews9695 Best win con in that situation is to uninstall. You don't win if enemy gets first blood, it literally goes from about a 50-50 chance to 60-40, effectively swinging the odds 50% in their favor (40% * 150% = 60%). It's a horrid start.

FullAlpha atleast it is better now than before, not too long ago sOAZ and wickd didnt think pro players should be held at a higher standard as role models for the community. When it is the litterally most obvious thing it should be in every esports game ever. League will always be looked down upon until everytone gets accountable for their actions instead of just the top post on reddit a few times a year. If someone in a famous football club says something on twitter that is considered bad taste, they get fined a few thousand dollars for their actions. Should be same in league since many top esports game already do it.
Laceration is a true homie. Actually insane how the other teammates had such a one track mind.... Like there is more than one way to win a game, and it's actually really cool seeing people do things differently than what you had in mind and making it work. It's almost like the meta builds will be stagnant because people are afraid to try anything new without risking flame from their teammates. It's solo queue, this is where you should do things like this. I get the meta is tried and true, but the meta isn't always the best in every situation. Be like water, formless and free flowing.

To be fair, Sneaky took the bait far too easily and allowed himself to go into useless arguments instead of either not replying at all to something that wasn't a needed conversation in the match or simply replying something type of "ok lol".
Despite how it might sometimes seem, there *are* ways of defusing flamers before they fully ramp up and unleash their full potential.
And even then, if they already are going full-flame mode, you should just not reply to them - replying will only tilt you even more for all kinds of reasons.
But still, *don't mute.* First of all, that's a coward's way out, and secondly, even flamers can still occasionally provide useful information in regards to the game. The risk of not receiving this information ought to be worse than simply being able to see their flaming.

That level of questioning and mild shit talking is not true toxicity, people in games should be able to ask questions and shit talk a little bit. They should not be able to spam chat about killing yourself, or run it down in your game, or troll you in some way and ruin it for 9 people and completely take away the competitive side of high elo, that is real toxicity. Having a Zed is an automatic sign that you aren't playing for teamfights, you're playing pick, poke, or splitpush, and Sneaky just played the splitpush build instead of the teamfight build. BORK was for early lane pressure against Sion, with Max Health Damage, he could out push him and pressure other lanes, and finish a better Hybrid build, he says it in the video.
Because his team comp is absolute trash and they NEVER win the 5v5 if he goes AP. They are STILL going to stack armor so when Protobelt+Zhonyas Kennen runs in the middle of the enemy team and dies the rest of his team does no damage anyway.
Graves and Zed aren't teamfighters. If they had a tank and a control mage, absolutely, try to win the 5v5, but the draft is so unbelievably bad it doesn't matter.
The only thing Santorin said correctly on Twitter is Kennen should've never been allowed to split against Sion and red side should've sent Cassio.
This needs to get more views. And this is why high elo games need to be monitored.

If NA is so bad then why can't IgNar win LCS? I mean he has PoE and Santorini who are both from EU right? And the current LCS champion support is Vulcan, who is NA
C9 didn't get hard carried by those two at all though. Every member of C9 played their position better than anyone on any other team and it was reflected by the first team LCS being all C9, as well as a 26-2 record including postseason and a league championship. IgNar is a good player, but there is no reason that he needs to be toxic here instead of trying to work together with the team to win a ranked game, and his toxicity proved to be unfounded because Sneaky splitpushed and got advantages for the team due to his build.

It's so frustrating to become useless just because your autofilled ex pro toplaner wanted to match sions split push, rather than building normally and denying mass armor.
Also, graves and cait doesn't have a way to get through a mass armor build unlike kennen. So, it doesn't matter if he found a way to shred sion, still graves and cait had their experience ruined.

As a 7 year Kennen main, I love this gameplay. Sorry about the flaming, they're piss babies, but I always love to see pros I like play Kennen.
The build is fine, too, AD is great for splitting. However, don’t underestimate AP against tanks, I melt tanks. Liandrie’s/Morello can really, really drain them. AD is fun though and E max first is good, but I think W is typically the best to max first. Kennen is an interesting champ because he honestly feels good with any ability max path, he can also play pretty much any role but jungle, quite well, so versatile.
