The key ingredient to a good and successful sitcom is a great supporting cast. And this show had one of the best.
The cast was perfect, from leading to minor roles. But it's the fucking writing that makes this show great. The cast had great material to work with.

This show had it as well as The Andy Griffith Show, Frasier, Married with Children, Martin, Sanford and Son, Everybody Loves Raymond, The King of Queens, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, The Steve Harvey Show, Seinfeld etc. All these shows had amazing ensemble casts with stellar main AND supporting as well as such funny and sharp writing.

I'm here as well as others paying deserved respect upon hearing this heartbreaking news. I read her acting past and OMG...I had no idea how amazing this woman was in her career. I'm hoping that is the highest accomplishment for an entertainer. That we think of them as the character and not the person doing the acting. My best to her family.
