- My Lab Results are IN & What My Doctor Recommends - Health Update // Health Journey over 40
Perimenopause has me so exhausted this weekend, ugh. When will this cycle of fatigue end? My doctor has given me a couple of options to help me with my health and weight loss efforts.**

Perimenopause can be rough and I was not prepared for it at all, I'm finally in post-menopause but still take hrt which is a lifesaver!
Best of luck on your health journey!
💖 Thank you!
take glp, will boost your confidence and clear your mind from thinking about food all the time
Hi! New here! Love the idea of filling up a one gallon container then pouring it in your cup! I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of that! 😂 I like using my 40oz Stanley Cup, but since I always put so much ice, I wondered how I would track how much actual water I was drinking lol Thanks for sharing! Going to try this!
Go carnivore. I've lost 40 pounds in 5 months and feel much better. Like you, I have Insulin Resistance. Good luck.
These are just some of my thoughts on your video. I feel like you might be fasting too long (I'm not a doctor that was just my instant thought). I try to fast from 8pm-8am and it feels best for me. Also, calories=energy so you might be tired from not eating enough. I tend to eat more around that time of the month because I have hormone problems and tend to have less energy. Another tip is when I make a plate of food, I fill half the plate with fruits and vegetables (frozen veggies are great) to get my vitamins and fiber in. Less red meats and highly processed meats could help you with your inflammation. Replacing butter with olive oil could also help with your inflammation. Walking might be easier if you eat before you do it because you will not have energy after you fast (calories=energy). I like a bowl of oatmeal, protein shake, or clif bar about 30 minutes before a workout.
I hope this is helpful. These are just some things I've learned while struggling with cholesterol issues and trying to be more active. Good luck on your health journey!☺
Thank you ☺️
