Anything pedals can do, you can do in your DAW with plug ins. These pedals gave no 'analogue sound' as they are all solid state. Simon Be trippin on his understanding of analogue.
I've been using the line 6 helix native plug-in on hip hop beats for the last couple years. It is amazing how well Guitar products work on hip hop music.
Line 6 has even started marketing Helix Native as an all-purpose effects engine, not just for guitar anymore. I think you'll see it become a lot more common. And the guitar pedal-board layout is really nice to work with too.
Bro I got the hx fx pedal and I love making beats with it. Try with a re amp box dude. Record an amp and mess with the mic placement. Might get some pleasing results!
Highly recommending Thermae too, despite its price. The echoes and the filter are beautiful. The pitch shifting section is more like a bonus as it's hard to master, yet it can lead to unexpected melodic patterns.
All of these videos make my day. Im an artist who does everything by myself (such as the mixing, mastering, producing, vocs, etc) and these videos just make my life 200x easier. Thank you!
Listen Simon, I’m going through the hardest break up of my life, my great grandfathers health is declining, and I nailed my car against a guard rail. You made me laugh a lot and smile today and I thank you so much!
Sick vocals! Everything with vocals is interesting. You should definetely do a lot more stuff that is somehow related to singing. For example, putting your own or someone else's vocals on a beat. You had a video where you did this and it is without a doubt my favorite video of yours.
pedals are so dope to use. I hate I lost several of my pedals in my move back home several years ago but my collection is getting back up on deck. Need to look for some new ones myself though fr fr maybe I'll look into some of these.
You didn't explain how you routed the pedals though, did you loop it with your interface or did you re-amp it with a re-amp box to get it to run at a instrument level?
@@ServidaMusic like did you plug the back of your interface into the pedal and the pedal into the input? Btw love the content bro you taught me a lot in fl I wouldn't be the wizard I am today without your content
Simon, I got an good idea. What if you made a beat with your mouth again, but this time you can have multiple people rapping on it. like your friends or fiverr. 🧐🧐
Still haven't figured out how to create an fx loop on my interface for running sounds through pedals. I've got pedals that I'd love to run my sounds through, can anyone recommend a video talking about this?
He puts the output of his interface into the input of the pedal and then puts the output of the pedal into the input of the interface and records it. Make sure you turn down your volume in your headphones to not blow them if the volume was loud to begin with since they will both play.
@@prodbySHREDDED well if you extremely clip it possibly but you would have to do it like crazy. You heard the feed back loop. You have to route the output so you only hear the effected audio not both. You are making the same feedback like when the speakers are being picked up by a microphone in a live gif the sharp resonance. Maybe try turning down the input a little you might be running it too hot.
Hii I'm from Cape Town South Africa love your work 🔥🔥 I would really love to see you version of a South African amapiano beat 😅🙏 Would really love to see what you do differently compared to South African artist
Hi can anyone explain how he got the blooper pedal setup to record in the sounds from fl studio intk the pedal and how do you recors whats inside the pedal back into fl studio IVE HAD THIS FOR MONTHS GAVE UP A LITTLE BIT ON IT AND NOW IM BACK AT IT😅😅

@@MrMooseticles Since when is solid state not analog? Are analog delay pedals not analog?
Yo you should try an analog delay, they are a great entry into guitar pedals for music production

it was sounding nice, then sounded like creepy pasta music, then sounded nice again.
