Last time I painted an insert like that. I used humbrol enamel paint. Sucked it up in a pipette an dripped it in. But I got a feeling I may of used some thinners to make it runny so it self leveled. But you get the idea. Was very neat

      NICE!!
We had to use some engine enable that you applied with a brush was very thing stuff anyway.
Could have done a better job with it tbh

What are the signs of a broken microswitch?
My idle is very boggly, however my isv is not getting any voltage, i tried finding the reason but I don't know how to find it

Generally if it’s not clicking when the throttle is closed.
There is a double relay under the dash which controls the ISV.
I think it’s number 122 off the top of my head.
The ECU controls the ISV and it’s dependant on so many things.
I think voltage to it could be a red herring.
Check things like vacuum from the ecu, check all pipes.
Check the relay behind centre console in dash.
Soak the ISV in petrol / carb cleaner -‘d shale it.
      Does the ISV buzz?
