- Through the eyes of googl my eye on google glass I was in the waffle House in Smyrna, GA on Atlanta rd. I waited for over 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledge I was there. The restaurant is obviously empty and nothing is on the grill cooking. The waffle house employees are laughing and joking but never once did I get a may I take your order or we will be with you shortly. Finally Kendra takes my order after passing me ten times. This is typical service in restaurants all over the country. Google exposed!! I hope google glass make the world a better place by exposing us of our short comings so we will have to be held accountable for our dirty little secrets in our lives.. Me especially. I might have to go underground.. LOL

We had a guy that used to come in and talk to himself all the time. It was distracting af to cook for him cuz I had to watch my back cuz I thought we was gonna try to kill everyone one day lol

In the customer's defense, it is a Waffle House steak so having it well done is probably necessary to get rid of any bacteria and we are so having it well done is probably necessary to get rid of any bacteria and germs
Of course you ordered your steak well done....of course you did. Have you ever worked in a restaurant? I think you're looking for the "bad" service. For ten years of my life I worked as a waiter, and I will never forget how many people think that they are your only table. Remember, the customer is always right in the way.
Just remember your tip going to reflect that. Not my problem you busy. Hire more workers since they feel entitled to tips.
I've been working at the Waffle House for almost 4 years and I always pay attention and make sure everyone is greeted. If you're in another waitress section I still help them out and make sure if she's busy I set up the customer and get their drinks you're suppose to greet and "beat them to the seat" and set them up. It's team work and I didn't see any of that here

Terra Llanos Horrible and low-quality too? Everyone has different tastes and I respect yours, but I don't think it's on the same level as the Waffle House, which I do go to here and there because it's fast and inexpensive.
They all look busy and like they are working. yes it took a little while to serve you but waffle house isnt a place I would pick when in a rush.

2 minutes? That is not a long time. That shows more about your patience and the demanding world we live in than it does their "bad service"! Not to mention you had a phone in your hand recording so they were probably allowing you to "finish" what it was you were doing. Honestly time yourself next time you go to the restroom, I bet it's longer than 2 minutes. God bless you.
when that girl that took your order started cleaning up the high bar before she took your order that automatically tell me it was her section. And then she got to you finally that's crazy! imma grill op at Waffle House and if my servers can't get to a table quick enough and I have a chance to at least speak to them and take the order verbally then I do it. Sorry for experience
That's why I quit eating there. They did the exact same thing to me. 10 min with 3 people in the restaurant and they wouldn't acknowledge me

dude it's waffle house, it's slightly over mcdonalds in the service industry. you were probably in line for being "served" and you were only there for 5 mins. either that or you never tip them and they know your face.

The same thing happened to me at the Waffle House in Richmond VA. I waited 10 minutes before the girl who passed by me 5 times said anything..... she asked me if i had been helped...
10 minutes!!! Oh my god your time is so precious you probably could have cured cancer if it weren't for that damn waitress! sometimes they're busy with other shit that you may not realize. the world doesn't revolve around you getting everything you want the second you want it. you've obviously never worked in the service industry.

They should of greeted you but sit down customers always come before to- go customers. It looked very busy and when it is, servers can’t take to-go’s because they are last priority. Also, if you don’t tip, they remember your face and won’t serve you lol. You should of asked a server nearby instead of record all of them and be rude across the restaurant
