or just get thr proper tool to hold the bridge, dont use it if you dont want to but when your valve train crashes you should know it was because side torque on the bridge from not being restrained when you crack the locknut loose or tighten it a RCH to tight and the bridge cracks just a bit. you get done fire it yp amd all jell breaks loose.
