- Our very first paying service, open less than a week and we jumped into a big outdoor summer concert. We got absolutely crushed, but it was totally worth it. Opened the service window and had a line about 75 deep that seemed to never go down. Six straight hours of getting worked! Learned so much. Not a perfect service, we left a couple thousand dollars on the table because of rookie mistakes, but very proud of how the team performed for our first live-fire event.

Day in the life of a bar/restaurant/food truck owner. Behind the scenes for our opening week of food truck operations.
Action Sports Bar & Grill is located in Kent Washington. We have an amazing staff, 9 pool tables, APA, BCA and TAP billiards leagues. 5 "Darts Live" boards, a rocking sound system with delicious food and drinks. The addition of our new Action Food Trucks will expand catering operations and give us an opportunity to do some much needed feeding ministry in our community.

Great video. Good job. Good luck. Serious question. I love jerk chicken and Jamaican rice and peas. I've considered doing that as a food truck. But I'm a white guy. Would that be a problem? Would I lack cred as a white guy making Caribbean food? My recipes that I developed myself are solid, but I'm not Caribbean. What do you think?
I am a firm believer that if your product is good then you can overcome any obstacle. When we dabble in a fusion dish or food, we make sure we get the dish foundation from an authentic source.
