We are in Seattle, a very expensive market and ours was all done by professional contractors since our owner has no experience building. 30k-75k (used-new) for the box truck. PLUS, 25k-115k (DIY- professional) for the build-out costs. In our market trucks go from 50k-200k. Trailers are about half that.
