    The biggest issue I have with semiconductors manufacture is the big lie abt any ir2110 or ir2113 can drive 2 amp but 2am can’t driver 4 igbt and I noticed inverter use them a lot and the gate current of igbt at surge the gate current will take 5 or 6.4 amp per igbt and 4 igbt on one channel with take up 24 amp per surge and those drivers can’t get pass 2amp peak so now you see why high frequency inverter low side alway fail ghe igbt don’t fail the gate current fail to charge and load stress on the gate the p type in the internal package breakdown at surge because the current is not there so much information is being kept away from the data sheet so all gate drivers Ic should but at 30 amp peaks not 2amp
